Despite my hectic schedule because of my studies, I always find ways to watch another episode of presello. Because these houses motivate me to study even harder, mostly when I feel like giving up. But, seeing these houses make me think like "I want these when I finished my studies, I will buy this too for my family"

sa dinami-dami kong nakikita na mga house tour lagi, dito lang ako nanonood. i love how miss julia explain every detail of the house and the way they edit their videos. yung iba kasi, putol putol at kung saan saan sumusulpot yung mga clips kaya hindi mo na alam kung saan sila dumadaan o lumiliko. dito, talagang tuloy tuloy yung video, kahit na maraming ikutan gaya sa mga mansions, hindi ka malilito. presello, best house tour channel!!

What I love about Julia is lahat ng tiny interesting details mapapansin niya. Whenever I watch Presello videos, I always have these little moments na "ay oo nga noh," "uy buti nabanggit ni Julia," and "I was about to notice that" hahaha. Kahit di ka bibili ng bahay (kasi wala pang budget lol), gusto mo lang manood ng housing tour ni Julia coz helloooo WHY NOT hahahahahaha
This is one of the nicest houses you've featured. It may not be huge but the space was designed so well. Bakit walang ganyan sa Metro Manila mismo with the same price haha
Super love the house. Love that there is no double height ceiling yet still feels airy and roomy vertically. This is the type of house where there is no need to clutter the walls with paintings or photos. Super well made ❤️

This is almost the type of home I'd want for myself... but if there was a way to switch the staff quarters with the kitchen where smaller sink windows overlook the carport instead of that square peephole window of the staff quarters (obviously the dirty kitchen/laundry area works better with the staff area closer to it), I wouldn't have that "living area" closed off so maybe an entryway or even getting rid of the entire wall works if that was made into a dining area instead (making the rest of the ground floor the living area as it's just a 200 sqm lot, but I've seen lots smaller than 140sqm in this channel make good use of the space).
You also didn't talk about the wide-open under stair just beside the two steps to the bathroom/breaker... this is obviously not a man's home design because the carport doesn't have any garage storage provision so that space under the stairs is the next best thing. The 2nd floor is just perfection. Storage is king and most people considering a home coming from a condo or a starter can't get enough of it.

Hope you guys can feature homes in Cebu. I lived there for some time and they do have these houses on hills, cliffs, and coves that are cheaper than your typical Ayala Alabang home with all them usual acacia trees beside the golf course.
