I think the reality is shit quality...the bottom of the side panel hung up on the tile grout creating a force in any direction other than down, the shit particle board just broke off where the fasteners attach and the rest followed suit. Poor materials, poor construction.

In addition the intersection is right turn only. The two higher traffic lights are right turn lights, they must be red for cyclists to cross the intersecting road.
@@AaronShenghao I guess that flashing red is a RED for another 11 seconds BEFORE it turns GREEN. You got it mixed up. Same with some intersections with a timer... Red is red and not green.

Near the end they start flashing red, that means try to finish your crossing with a countdown when it will turn to solid red. The van was running a re light because there are still 10 seconds left on the clock
