I love your story! I didn’t realise Manuel was Janusz‘s son. My other half is German and we have been together for 21 years. I tried tapes, I tried to get him talking German… but it wasn’t until Seedlang and Easy German that I made headway learning. I always wanted to be able to speak another language and finally… I am getting there. Such a gift you have given so many. Bringing people closer in language and communication. Ich gratuliere euch von Herzen! Ich habe angefangen 2018, als ich nach Deutschland gezogen bin, Deutsch zu lernen und habe euren Kanal ganz am Anfang entdeckt. Damals habe ich kaum etwas verstanden, aber war super motiviert mit dieser Sprache. Als die erste Podcast Episode rauskam, war ich schon auf einer Niveau, wo ich zwar nicht alles verstanden habe aber genug um daran Spaß zu haben. Am Ende 2019 habe ich mich dann entschieden, dass es jetzt die Zeit ist, in der Arbeit vom Englischen auf Deutsch zu wechseln ..der Anfang war unglaublich schwierig, aber mittlerweile geht es automatisch und ich genieße es so sehr mit der Sprache zu spielen und immer noch zu experimentieren . Ihr habt mich auf dieser Reise begleitet und mir sehr geholfen. Ich kann nur bestätigen was Janusz gewünscht hat: das war unglaublich Spaß und immer noch ist, diese Sprache zu lernen. Und zu guter Letzt, der Podcast war die allerbeste Idee, Manuel!

Vor zwei Jahren hab ich zufaellig easy german canal abonniert. Seither bekomme ich das Video regelemaessig, ganz einfach klicke ich ein video an, schaue ich, lerne ich deutsch, schliesse ich die canal. Ehrlich gesagt weiss ich nicht die Muehe, die hinter das video ist. Es ist schon sechzehn Jahren vorbei. Unglaublich. Wer glaubt an die Leidenschaft, ueberwinden alles in leben. Ich habe in den letzten 15 Jahren ungefähr 10 Sprachen gelernt und habe vor einem Jahr mit Deutsch angefangen. Nach nur einem Jahr kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, dass ich noch NIE so eine Erfahrung mit einer Sprache gemacht habe wie mit Deutsch, und das ist dem Easy German Team (und dem Seedlang Team!) zu verdanken. Ich freue mich für euch. 2015 habe ich angefangen Deutsch zu lernen und dieser Kanal hat mir sehr geholfen. 3 Jahre später habe ich ein Praktikum in Deutschland absolviert und 6 Semester die Volkshochschule besucht. Da hat mir und meinen Mitschülern Easy German auch geholfen.

Every time I see a little kid speaking German I think that they must be genius to know all the random definite and indefinite articles in all the cases and adjective endings and all that complicated grammar stuff and they don’t even struggle with it at all even though they’re like 4

Your family team reminds me of a great foreign language textbook company called Heinle and Heinle. They were a family owned company that made the best language textbooks. They loved other language learners and teachers. They knew that polyglots are a special kind of crazy. A good kind of crazy. You could feel the love in their work. Well, they got bought out by a huge corporation decades ago and things were never the same. Textbooks were soulless. Until you all came along.

Ich habe euren Kanal vor etwa 2 Jahren entdeckt. Seitdem schaue ich fast jede neue Folge an und es macht immer Spaß. Ich erinnere mich, als ich zum ersten Mal Easy German Videos angeschaut habe, konnte ich den Dialogen nicht sehr gut folgen und musste die Untertitel lesen. Ich finde es wirklich toll, dass ich jetzt keine Untertitel lesen muss, sondern einfach nur zuhören und die Videos oder den Podcast genießen. Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu diesem Meilenstein und alles Gute für die Zukunft.

Mir hat euer Kanal so unglaublich viel geholfen, als ich angefangen habe, Deutsch zu lernen. Das worüber Janusz am Ende geredet hat, dass Leute quasi Deutsch lernen können, ohne es zu merken, weil sie dabei einfach spaß haben, das war für mich schon Realität. After 8 years, I will visit Germany again and I found the same Channel even bigger.
