Yes good point . Some prints are not dish washer safe but BruMate has made a lot more of the prints top rack dishwasher safe . So always make sure to read bottom of your cup. Thanks for the reminder. ❤

Hi, no I haven’t heard of this. You have to make sure that it is on the open part because the water won’t fully come out. The toddy cup has been hard to open before but the latch to open it gets easier to open the more you use it. I haven’t heard of it with the era cup.
I'm having a problem getting the cold lock straw to come off. I turn it to the left until the notch is at the open part but it just won't budge downward. Any advice? I just got my cup today.
@@lookperfectowithjenaceto2052my boyfriend came home and manhandled it off for me. Even after he removed it and put it back on I couldn't get it off LOL 😅guess he'll be helping me open it every time.

It was literally stuck on like the top on a pressure cooker…and then out of no where my daughter lightly turned it and got it off. Now I'm having the same issue today. I've even emailed the company (waiting for response). It doesn't seem like this is a common issue because I cant find anything where people have complained about this. Have you ever experienced this?
If you are still having trouble, leave the lid in the unlocked position and put the entire Era inside the refrigerator for at least an hour. This will help loosen any remaining seals. Once removed from the refrigerator, you should be able to twist clockwise to remove the lid.

@@user-hx6ce6fk7f, are you referring to the main lid ( cover for cup) use pointer finger & thumb around that lid & twist. Middle part hold below straw & turn . Hope , that helps you 👏🏼
Be careful with those limited edition prints. Brumate says you must handwash the cup portion for Dark Aura and Onyx Lepoard.
