What you showed the world was called SELF CONTROL how to move, be happy , and still live life. I ve always said when you move to another country find a daily routine & hoppy that makes you happy. Congratulations 🎊 I thought about this savings method man oh man thas the perfect way to know at least 1 time a week you can really treat yourself with out going over budget 😀
Thanks for the video & advice, last year, I lived in Jomtien Beach for 6 months and my monthly budget was $3K with the accompany of regular Thai lady 3 times a week without buying any barfines and lady drinks, been eating Thai foods in the market. In my early 50's now, I was planning to retire but I changed my plans so I'm back working in Cali started from scratched, will do this again next year.
Great stuff, easy to follow story telling.

Welcome aboard! Thanks for watching!
I've been fortunate enough to see Yew as she's walking into start her shift.
She has a beautiful smile. I've also said she should ticker mask off and allow everybody to see that beautiful smile.
Great video, thanks for the information on your budget. Congrats on your utube 2nd birthday. Question, how much do you put aside for insurance, medical expenses etc 🤔. Hopefully might bump into you in pattaya in August or September. Cheers David 🍻
Cool video my man, i guess Weasel, but i certainly appreciate the knowledge and hook a brother up with the best American breakfast spot (you know why, right?) i will be in pattaya and jomtien in july - august.
Sunflour Village Eatery is my favorite spot for breakfast. I would recommend the Cowboy or the Boss breakfast. They are located here:

Hello Phil, are you on Strava. I live and work in Australia and have a Condo at Venetian Signature in Jomtien. Enjoy Cycling. My main place of Residence is Khamphaeng Phet when I am in Thailand. Hopefully can join in for a ride when next in Pattaya.
Yes, sir. I am "Cuz I'm A Fat Boy" on Strava.
That green shirt I like how much
1000 per day for a shorty
200 per day for a leg massage
500 per month includes a condo , including WiFi , electric and water.
150 per day for food
Every man out here has a different outlook on Thailand . Get with the old English or the older veterans out here to get a balanced view of everything.come out here and have fun .
Well done. A far more realistic budget and yet you had some down days which is normal. People need to move on from these BS $1,000 a month claims and embrace the Thai govt's 65k a month recommendation. I still didn't see visas, medical or replacement phones so there's more to the story. As I said, good job.
People dont need to move on from $1,000 per month if that is what works comfortably with their personal standard of living.. I did it for 4 months just to see if it was possible, and I have done it periodically since then. My visa is 45,000 baht for the year, so that averages out to about an additional $100 per month. I don't know what you are referring to when you say "replacement phones".
Agreed. I have yet to see anyone on anything but survival/ struggle at 1k a month as an expat.
When asked to demonstrate in real time, it is a life of extreme sacrifice that would be opposite most people from the west.
You can do it but it's ill advised.
@@weaselsinthebushes If you think a meager existence is 'working for them' then you got sucked into the lies. $1k in a resort town leaving out loads of costs? LOLZ.
Good Video! CZcams unsubscribed me from your channel. I just subscribed again. Don’t know wtf that was all about. Anyways congratulations on the weight loss. How old are you if you don’t mind me asking? Do you use any pre workout supplements? Bake n Brew is one of my favorite breakfast spots but go there ready to carb up because the bread station is free when you purchase food
I live in jomtien on 1500 bucks a month retired veteran 42, laguna beach 3. Steady life. The struggle is thai friendly and ST 1500 😂
Why is the 11,269 line item not added to the total? Forgive me, I nearly flunked accounting in college … lol
It was a typo. It was 4121 Thai Baht, or $112.69 USD.
I like your blue Nike shoes with the neon yellow swoosh. What model is that?
Nike Pre Day. I think the colorway is Royal and Volt
Thanks 🙏
What gym do you go to? I was in Pattaya in March, and I was going to Coco Fitness and another out in Jomtein. Coco was a little pricey but I didn't see many in walking distance.
I go here:

I pay 6 months at a time, so it equates to 1,400 baht per month. This, too, is pricey in my opinion. However, I chose this gym because they are open 24/7. I like to get my workout done as early in the day as possible, and oftentimes, I naturally wake up between 4am-5:00am. So I just go ahead and get out of bed and go to the gym. If I was enrolled elsewhere (other than Tony' Fitness), I'd have to wait until at least 7am.
@@weaselsinthebushes Looks good, I appreciate it. I was trying to get up with you when I touched down in March but I didn't know how to contact you. Maybe next time.
Going to em girlie bars and lady drinks is what will ruin you. Stay away from
them $1000 is doable. If you can cook sometimes, even better.
Of cos you can spend $10k USD easily a month if you want. It about your means and what you can afford.
Hey, im looking to move to Thailand for an extended period of time, mid 40s and keen cyclist. Whats the cycling club scene like in Pattaya?
There are multiple clubs in the area with varying levels of fitness. Check out the "Cycling" playlist on my channel.
How do you make money there in Thailand to pay for all that..
vehicle rental from a bar? sounds sketchy 😁
you did 2h45m ride before 6:30am? wwow
No. The rides I go on usually start between 6-6:15. The time that you see on the "summary" is when I started the timer.
Congratulations on losing those kilos👍👍
Thank you!!
That other Phil dude is quite a hater 😅
🤣
How much is your rent
The answer to your question is in the video.
The green shirt you’re wearing I do not sit on your site
You didnt spend anything on your business venture? When are you going to talk about that?
