Fast forward to now where the guy says his name is “José” but it’s actually pronounced with a hard J. And Steve gave the 👁👄👁 face, which is why I said he had “flashbacks”

The government came with SEZ priority development because of the budget constraints, thus other provinces receive a higher budget and able to invest more to promote themselves more than others because of the development priorities that the government came about….with the objective that this short term objectives gains will lead to long term revenue gains. I know that flew above your tribalist ignorant Ass… You must research on the history of South Africa to overcome your hate because we think nothing of you….& think every Province represent a majority tribe and should receive a similar budget to develop their respective areas & thus no one is above anyone here..
