Somawathiya
Lord Buddha's Right tooth relic is enshrined in Somawathiya Chedi in Sri Lanka. The pilgrims site is situated in a sanctuary called, Trikonamadu. It is in North-central province, Polonnaruwa district in Sri Lanka. The place is 260km away from Colombo commercial capital and International airport.
E'eryday, a Royal standard breakfast and lunch time alms are offered here for Lord Buddha by Sri Lankan Buddhists.
Wild elephants, deer and other wild animals are wondering around as this site is separated from an electric fence.
