I like the private security service idea. Could be a guy in an armored truck that just honks his horn and calls the police when he sees criminals.
My idea to contribute would be a dating app. You log in and rate people 1-10. And your profile is rated as well. You only get people in your inbox that are within +/- 1 rating. But they can be anywhere in the country. The more you rate people the more you get rated. 1 for 1. Meaning your rating is more accurate the more ratings you have.
