Toto and Zak are naive. If you work as an investigator you will know that not all allegations are made out evidentially, and some are malicious. The fact it resolved as no further action re: Horner suggests it was one of those outcomes. Making it public in full would only do harm, to the person who made the allegation, and if it was not made out and it's reported transparently as they suggest then it would put others off from speaking up when a different matter is made out by someone else somewhere else in the future.
Why is transparency necessary for a private matter between 2 adults if no crime has been committed? Unless it's serious enough for the police to be involved, then I believe it's the decision of both involved parties whether you should know or not. If the alleged victim hasn't deemed it necessary for the public to know, then perhaps it's none of your business. Besides, not only was he found innocent, but on top of that the most recent leaked evidence is clearly fake, further reinforcing that this whole thing was faked from the beginning. I wouldn’t be surprised if this lady isn’t so innocent after all and everything was planned in advance, or maybe she was manipulated into it, but even if these rather harmless flirtations by Horner - if at all true - are simply his own bad judgement, the fact that these people are willing to destroy Horner, after working for the team for 20 years, only to gain power and money…

If the woman in question doesn't appeal the verdict then she has been paid-off. That scenario is never a good look for women. I've never seen a case where the woman has refused a pay-off when offered. For me once you take the money it means you were never interested in justice in the first place.
There has been no mention at all of 'settlement'. She could get what she probably deserves, nada and the sack.

Its not a reality show, so you can screw off with "transparency", its a personal matter and has nothing to do with the cars on track. It should absolutely be dealt with behind the scenes in a professional manner. If there are grounds for a case, then that will happen outside of F1 in a court of law.
