How about trying Great big tires, very tall like from a tractor? Measure speed in first gear at certain engine revolutions then put on big tires and see how much faster. Car might look cool, hub extensions so the tires would be outside the fenders would be no problem with your skills. Difference in speed would be interesting.
Pvc is not good tire material. It doesn’t rebound very good. It’s why you need a rubbery thermoset, so that under heated conditions it doesn’t relax too much and develop flat spots.
Anybody notice what sounds like someone letting it rip at 3:28? Ya gotta have the volume up kinda high but my daughter heard it with me the first time HAHA! Awesome video though, as always! :)
Try this again, but criss-cross the layers like a spool on a fishing rod.. this will keep the layers from falling off to the side... so as your rolling it, go left and right constantly the entire time so the layers become interwoven.. :)

Would have been better to use some sort of filler for the middle of the wheel, then wrap the tape around that
