    Have been watching Australian Canadian and British parliament love the caos and the fact that our Leaders are accountable to parliament. Would love to see Biden face question time 😂😂

    the minister who 2nd's the no confidence motion does have the right to speak after the Prime Minister speaks in other words reserving their right to speak

    9:40, why did the LNP and the speaker allow Bill to go on when leave was not granted? lol.

      Leave was not granted to move the motion of no confidence.
      Members of the House are allowed, without notice, to move a motion to suspend so much of the standing orders to allow another motion to be moved. Bill Shorten simply moved such a motion in relation to the no confidence motion.
      This is the route commonly taken by the opposition. This motion is limited to an hour of debate and require an absolute majority to pass.
