@@user-rk4lc9km3c yeah… apart from if I took 100 people at random and pushed them into water, I am fairly certain that all of them would hold their breath, whereas if I took 100 people and put each in a aircraft with no elevators, I think that very few would deploy the flaps. It’s hardly logical to draw a comparison between a basic human instinct learned from birth, and a specific skill derived from an understanding of aerodynamic principals. It’s why you don’t see babies flying planes.

Tabletop runways are concerningly common actually. Just this year more than 20 people died on an air india express flight that suffered a runway excursion landing at a tabletop runway in India
But yeah taxiways and runways raised like in the video are weird

0:00 - No survivors here.
0:28 - Highly doubt that there are any survivors here.
1:12 - One again, highly doubt that there are any survivors here.
1:44 - Very good landing, minor injuries.
2:16 - Good landing, pilots survive. If anyone was in the cargo hold they would either be dead or suffer major injuries.
2:56 - Good Landing, minor injuries
3:24 - Decent Landing, everyone survived.
4:24 - Good Landing, pilots have major injuries and likely die shortly after.
5:12 - Good Landing, major injuries.
5:35 - Decent Landing. Everyone on the rope is dead, the gunners are most likely dead and the pilots have some medium to heavy injuries.
6:27 - Decent landing, pilots survived.
7:26 - Very hard landing. All on board are most likely dead or have very serious injuries that they will die due to shortly after.
8:04 - Good landing, pilots survived. Some deaths in the cargo hold if anyone was in there.
8:38 - Decent landing, some injuries.
9:23 - Good landing, some minor injuries.

9:23, the impact of landing a plane that hard may not have destroyed the plane but the forces involved can easily snap legs, necks and spines.

You're not taking to account the controls of the wing flaps. Most wouldve lost control and crashed much worse in real life

Welll that’s very realistic , considering it lost over 3/4 of its tail , and then crashing into a solid estructure
it would make sense when you realize
1) it hit the ground and then to a taxiway a little higher than the bottom of fuselage
2) besiege planes have a nasty tendency to go shatter mode
5:37 something tells me that that is NOT the correct way to hold onto a rope 300+ metres up.

I don’t wanna be that guy, but some of these landings I would say are not survival even though they have landed perfectly, e.g. at 4:34 the way the rocket hit the helicopter, both pilot and co-pilot would have been killed or unconscious if they were lucky. That helicopter would of crashed leaving no survivors.

Only thing I don’t like about this game is how things can come off so easily like the wheels when you land, but this is a very good channel and video.
Those are performance problems from the plane, they just be need to be fixed by the creator, like big mathis sometimes fix his creations to make the landing gear more resistent or adding other details to make the planes more realistic

9:11 (ha) is the best crash, not only because the plane survived, but also because of its structure (which is why it survived actually).
Imo all planes should be upgraded to versions with internal frame.
