Minecraft Update? Magic in Minecraft?

This was not what I thought my first video would be, I just suddenly found this when I was digging on a new world that I started. Has this always been a thing? Was this added recently? Is this an Easter egg or something? Is this because of the Mob heads datapack that I have? I really have no idea I just came across this thing, the book is titled "Restore" by Charlotte Fidel
Can you guys tell me what this is?
