I just wish they’d make a beef’d up version that could compete with Rugers for handling Buffalo bore loads. S&W Fit n Finish and triggers are always better.
From all I have read a 629-4 or higher is called an Enhanced version and is supposed handle the higher power loads. They strengthened the frame and yoke. If I want something more powerful than standard loads, I'll just get a bigger gun. JMO of course.

Have two of them.... one has been a problem.
Polished mine added custom grips, sold it, barrel over canted, smith quality went to shit!
