Hiligyanon is the language in western visayas. Ilonggo is the people speaking hiligaynon. Cebuano is the language of Cebu. Variety of languages in Visayas are always called Bisaya. Bisaya Cebuano, Bisaya Hiligyanon, Bisaya Karay-a, Bisaya Akeanon.
Maybe you're asking why there are people speaking bisaya in Mindanao area, I guess it's because some people who are risiding in Visayas before migrated to Mindanao and later on used also the language they are using and people get used it to and became their native language as well. Tho gusto ko rin matutunan ang Chavacano. ❤️
My mother is from Antique, Panay Island. I haven't go there since i was 5. The Kinaray-a dialect of Antiquenios is almost the same as Ilonggo or Hiligaynon.. BTW, these guys are really good! Their accent is perfect. I do understand what they are saying.but honestly these guys with their accents and vocabulary, they speak better Hiligaynon than me. lol! Their jokes are so funny. ha ha ha!

I think these guys are Missionaries in Mormons..My late uncle was a Missionary in Mormons in Canlaon Negros and during that day Missionaries usually hanging out in our house and they're very fluent speaking Bisaya and Illonggo...I will never forget Elder Kiara who was very close to our family that was a year 90's..
