I know Jim Pickens is charismatic but itâs still pretty impressive for him to go from introducing himself to a girl by pissing on the floor in the middle of class to dating that same girl in one day.
He may not be the most liked person in the highschool, but hes popular when it counts. Thats Jims secret power, superficially hes a complete weirdo, but hes always the more charismatic guy in the room. Thats how he gets them. Other may see him and think hes a strange old man, but on the down low he has a cult of people worshipping him. And by "the down low" i mean his basement.
I think women are shocked by his dark triad personality traits. Also I think some of them are a little kinky and into deranged wizened werewolf cult leaders. A boss I had once said everyone's got a fetish.

I will always be impressed at Kevin's ability to generate content from the non-content that is Sims expansions.
While I miss the older era of Jim Pickens Sims 4 for sure, I really respect that it didn't become "holy" to Kevin: he's willing to reset the world, change Jim's design, and keep his adventures fresh after doing it for so long. Not many people would do that with the garunteed success the series was, and it was to keep it enjoyable for both him and us. True respect to it

I forget exactly what I looked up, but what I found was your Sims (4?) video, where at first you were playing as yourself (I think) in a penthouse apartment and Jim Pickens was just the next door neighbor.
