    Hello. Why is the temperature in the upper section +5, shouldn't it be +21, like in the freezer? Both indicators should show the current temperature (room temperature, because you just turned on the refrigerator), but +5 is shown in the upper section - this is the set temperature that the refrigerator should reach, but not the current one (+21 like in the freezer). Is this a temperature sensor error?

    Nice appliance, quiet and overall happy with it. Glad of this video though as lack of proper user instructions. Just discovered carbon filter £38.99 needs replacing every 6 months - are they serious? Pity as I was enjoying this purchase so far. Don't yet know how to reset the filter message.

      Is it really necessary to replace the filter? Is there any kind of alarm linked to the filter needing replaced?
      I was thinking of getting this fridge, but I won't be forking out almost £40 every six months, and if there is any kind of alarm or signal etc that kicks in when the filter needs to be replaced it would be a deal breaker for me.

    I have that exact model, how do I set the freezer temp to - 18, it doesn't allow me to do it using the left and right arrows. Tia.

      It looks like you need to toggle between the fridge and freezer, then set the temperature

    I have this exact model ( not purchased from Lords ) , I have mixed feelings about this fridge freezer, the instruction book is quite poor and does not explain the various functions that are available on this unit, also it can be very noisy in use even though the unit is installed on a solid floor and exactly levelled in both directions with a spirit level.
    When the unit is working harder to cool food and the compressor and / or fan is running at a higher speed the unit emits a loud humming / droning noise which is quite annoying, it is only quiet when the compressor / fan speed shifts down to a low level at which point the noise level is that of any other fridge freezer.
    I do not agree that Liebherr fridge freezers are quiet based on my experience of this unit, in fact i would say this is ( at times ) the noisiest fridge freezer i have ever owned and would not buy this brand again.
    It looks nice though which is why i bought it and also because it was supposed to be quiet !

      Remember to make sure it's not against the walls. It needs air.

      I have the same experience with this fridge freezer. It’s so loud even though the specs say it’s supposed to be quiet.

    doesn't Liebherr mean "Love Master" in German? "Love Lord"?

    I have a CS 1210 7085 567-00 the freezer door was left open because it didn't close properly .(.the cabinet wall stopped it from closing.) This has been fixed but I noticed that the freezer is not defrosting properly as there is ice on the back wall of the freezer...do I need to shut the whole fridge down to defrost the freezer...and will the freezer go back to no frost once I have defrosted it?

    • @lords-electrical
      @lords-electrical  Před 7 měsíci +1

      Hopefully once you have fully defrosted it then it will go back to normal. I would also recommend wiping the fridge and freezer door seals round with a warm cloth to make sure they are nice and clean before switching it back on.

      Thank you!!...I am in the process of defrosting right now..hoping it is not the sensor gone bad which I also read about. And I will extra clean the doors. Can a non-technician like myself change the sensor?
