George Adamski is one of the most controversial figures of ufology. Rising to international fame after photographing flying saucers, many claim that he is a fraud while others are staunch believers. His photographs are still debated to this day, and could possibly hold the truth to Adamski’s claims of meeting a man from Venus.

The narrators voice sounds exactly how it would in a seventies documentary or the twilught zone. The diction, pitch snd cadence. Crazy.
On the one hand Adamski described flashes of light in his eyes in "Inside the Space Ships", which astronauts also later described, it's cosmic ray particles going through the eyeballs, but on the other hand in "Preliminary Notes on the Adamski Scout Ship Photos" by Joel Carpenter, it clearly shows the gas pressure latern that was used to make the model. Also notice the similarities of the Venusian Scout ship to Tibetan Stupas, & that earlier Adamski had an interest in Tibetan Buddhism.
"Flying Saucers have Landed" was at least his fourth book!
I totally agree that the fear of imminent obliteration, might be responsible for some people to want to believe in aliens that successfully went through a stage of possible mutual annihilation & came out the other end. The sub-text is that's it's possible for a race to survive technological advancement & weapons of mass destruction, they did it, therefore so can we?
Good analysis, maybe he did travel in an alien craft, but not getting good enough photos, decided to manufacture some of his own, also giving the incident "Plausible Deniability".
In the overexposed photo, the three small round objects appear to be in a line, in relation to the "Mother Ship".

Yes, one is the Pleiadians. There is another race I read about I forgot the name of. George would be thrilled with the pictures taken by the Hubble telescope. I think he misinterpreted the alien's reference to Venus, because it's uninhabitable. Maybe he meant the second planet from his star, whatever that is. I tried driving to Giant Rock in Yucca Valley but a dust storm kept me from getting to the last mile of it. That was so frustrating. I met Gabriel Green on that trip though. He was an interesting guy. He told me the grays were evil which I disagree with.

Thoughtful and well researched take on the occurrences in 1952. The ‘Baker shot’ of the craft was blurred because it was then moving rapidly over the site. It only hovered to drop off the film cartridge.
As Glenn has explained, any ‘model’ would have to be full size and hanging from a crane.
The diameter of the craft was also ascertained by Kodak scientist William Sherwood following the Silver Spring saucer incident, which took place shortly before Adamski’s death.
Why not ask Rene to comment on his research, Eli?

I am a UFO researcher from Hungary and I document cases of hungarian contactees.
I have often been inspired by George's story.
As a machinist, my eye is always drawn, in these particular Adamski photos, to the 'portholes' of his 'craft'. Surely we should expect that advanced spacefaring civilisations would be able to cut holes with some degree of accuracy, yet these holes are somewhat crude in their heights from the rim (which wouldn't be so critical in a piece of farm equipment of a mass-produced tin lantern). Also, with that picture with the saucer cresting the ridge, it's too sharp and defined in comparison to it's surroundings. I'm old enough to own, and have used, a Kodak 'Brownie' many times. A saucer at that distance wouldn't be that sharp, even if the photographer was so skilled as to keep still enough whilst the shutter snaps. Ever seen painted glass mattes in movies? That's one certain method of inserting a scaled picture into an otherwise empty landscape. As with all bullsh$tters, he went many steps too far with his stories. Warning signs of his fraud would be his earlier founding of a Himalayan mystic 'society', when that sort of thing was popular, and living in a commune at the time he sought fame again with his UFO claims, which were in the zeitgeist of that moment. Sorry, but for my 2 cents worth, he was a 'long-game' scam artist. There are much more compelling cases in the annals of ufology that deserve attention.
I couldn't agree with you more. Everything looks just a bit too good for me, especially the ridge photo you mentioned. A friend of mine is a professional photographer who has published works in National Geographic amoungst others. he said the ridge photo , even back then, could have easily been faked. As for the figure, what ever its name is, is obviously a doll. It just doesn't look natural and you don't need a fancy degree to know this, instinct and common sense tell you. UFO's have always fascinated me and I do believe in the possibility of visitations over the course of time have happened. However, as the old saying goes "If it's too good to be true, it probably is."

I've always felt that George Adamski got a bad rap. I believe that the majority of what Adamski claimed was accurate; I think that he really did have multiple, ongoing contacts with human-looking extraterrestrial visitors. It's possible that he may have exaggerated some things as he became more well-known and people were hounding him for additional information, but I think he was a decent guy who experienced something amazing.
None of what he said was ever accurate. Time is the enemy of all Hoaxes. The reason why he said that the Aliens were from Venus was because during that time period, humanity did not have any surface photos of Venus, like at all. Once the Soviets landed the first probes on Venus and they were crushed by the surface's air pressure, so to did Adamski's story of lush forests and whatever other nonsense he claimed about the aliens and Venus.

The left footprint Adamski photographed at 18:57 has a very similar symbol, shown upside down in the photo, to the symbol shown on images from Lonnie Zamora's egg-shaped UFO from Socorro, NM.

At the outset, I have a problem with any extraterrestrials living on Venus. It is an extremely inhospitable world. The only place to live there is above the clouds. I find it hard to believe that an advanced civilization could develop that way.
I have always thought that Venus could have been a way station. A near-by location to observe Earth 🌎
Perhaps it is not as physical as we experience earth. We could see it as a inhabitual planet but on a paralel view of it it could be abundant with life. As to say another dimension of the planet, a less denser version.

You might know a song by another Adamski - from England whom wrote hit song Killer with his buddy Seal in 1989 . I think George Michel covered the song too. This Adamski was also a bit of a space cadet. 😃👍

I desperately want it to be real, but the fact Adamski said the visitor came from Venus is just too 1950s mindset. We know now, in the 21st century, that this is more than highly improbable.
Further, for an entity from another paradigm, his ship hearkens back to 1950s 'Americana' sci-fi, design-wise ... 🤔
Perhaps Adamski just felt the urge (like many of his contemporaries did) to find a way to put a stop to the burgeoning nuclear arms race. His was a more creative, fanciful means!

If you're referring to the objects Adamski claimed were spacecraft, they're identical in every detail to surgical lamps that were in use at that time. The balls on their bottoms were lightbulbs and their tops were hangers.

I remember seeing these stories in books but these books, I feel, were probably written in the 50's or so before we realized that much of anything especially living can exist on Venus with it's sulfuric acid, extreme pressure and temperatures.
There are, however, life forms that somehow survive in extreme temperatures on the ocean floor (I think that it is vented steam or something)
Those so called facts ur spouting are propaganda lies every planet has a rock surface and the temperature depends on the rotation and thickness of atmosphere,whether or not the atmosphere is breathable/oxygen,or other gasses is debateble!!😅

I was going to to make a silly comment and then remembered doing a job in Fallbrook, CA. not to far fron Camp Pendleton one night. I and a work mate witnessed strange lights from aircrafts doing maneuvers for 10 to 15 minutes. Note: this didn't look or move like regular aircrafts.
The office was a few miles away and the following week the security guard was telling me about what he saw that night before I mentioned it. He took pictures but of course blurred. This was in 2014 or early 2015.
The picture at 59:42 is NOT fake. It's truly a picture of a real light fixture that was available at the time.

Maybe the objects aren't close to the lens and it's a distortion field causing that blur. It wouldn't be the first time we heard of supernatural and paranormal/alien presences causing a distortion or blur in equipment.

This was a very good and honest documentary about Adamski without judging it. The analyses are very good and giving the audience to decide for themselves either the pictures were fake or not. From my perspective and experience I can surley tell you that the UFOs are real. I have filmed one of them wih my own camera Nikon P1000 and will be uploaded on my channel at the right time. We are not alone and our light brothers from other planets are willing to help and assist us, but they can not interfier on earths issues untill we start to waking up spritualy and also accepting their existence.

I was reminded of this by a segment of this documentary that mentioned how....at the time of Adamsky's contact with the "man" from "Venus"......no one really knew what Venus was like.... I wonder if.....the resulting "uglification" of aliens.....them turning into short, disturbing grey aliens....was related to our discovery of just how inhospitable these planets are.........imagination is not "imaginary."

The amount of people that don’t realize that this scene was recreated for the purpose of story telling blows my mind. It is obviously not real footage, nobody is saying it is. But the pictures are indeed real.

From listening to other videos and reading on this subject there are some opinions that some sort of stealth technology that’s many levels ahead of ours can shield alien aircraft from being seen in broad daylight and/or if they are seen by witnesses can prevent photographic images from resolving a clear picture. Doesn’t explain why the witnesses see the craft without distortion but we don’t know the capabilities of technology that could be thousands or more years advanced then what we can even imagine being limited in our imagination by our bias of what we think possible using current technologies as our only reference. If this was a hoax considering there were more than one person involved it’s highly improbable it could have continued very long.
How could he take a photo through the telescope of a UFO? It's already special to catch an airplane through the telescope. I was lucky enough to film a plane in color in front of the moon in a split second. You hardly see it during filming.🤨

I am both a very mystical person and a retired Counselor with many years working in Mental Health. I also studied Shamanic practices in college, and I am of the belief that some people have what is called an "expanded consciousness". In many Traditional cultures, this is considered very normal. I am not going to address this story in a literal way as to whether he was or was not telling the truth, but rather I think ( some of you may disagree) Adamski had a deeply profound experience of some kind, and I don't rule out a mystical one, that he struggled to put into terms that people of his time might understand. Fortunately or unfortunately it worked so well he became a cult figure who could earn a living from his interpretation, and he ran with it. The physical evidence doesn't convince me, but I think *something* happened, though maybe not what most people think. By the way, I am not a complete skeptic, my own husband saw a UFO after a big earthquake in the 1950's. I absolutely believe there is other life in the universe, just not on Venus where the surface is so hot it literally melts and reforms.
I have the book "Inside the Spaceships" written by George Adamsky and Lord Desmond Lesley. And I also have a 90 minutes VHS-Casette Video about the life and incidences from and with George Adamsky, with original footages from Spaceships in motion, including interviews from eyewitnesses.
I even think he wasn't just in Tibet, Adamsky has been on Venus for a while too...

The trouble is people tend to misread and misinterpret things. There is a difference in saying "I come from Venus" and "I am from Venus". If you are an American and you went to London and from London you flew to France and Frenchie asks you where are you from won't you say you came from London? So, that makes you a Londoner? The spaceman who told Adamski he came from Venus could easily have been misinterpreted. Venus could have been the last stop of the space traveller (assuming the event took place)
I bet my own life that most of the planets in our solar system are inhabited.
Could you please look into the Billie Myers case, it has so many common factors. He took fantastic pictures off space craft and even video footage that was never debunked still to this day and a freind of his also took video aswell. Even Kodak whose film was used to capture all these fantastic images said they were real and could not have been faked. These stories are similar in that reguard and they actually tried killing billy over these contacts on serval occasions.

If this true then people of Venus might have made chambers in Venus which could save them from heat of Venus scientifically
