Is there a way into the pools without having to use the ladders? Was thinking of bringing my mom here for a holiday, but she's elderly and she wouldn't be able to use those ladders.
The main pool has gradual entry without a ladder :-)

Really great video thanks for putting what was in the all inclusive know it’s a reach but do you remember roughly how much other activities on the beach were such a scuba diving, jet skis, was there surfing or island trips, dolphins etc
Unfortunately, we haven't tried any water sports, so I don't know. As well as excursions - I recommend Tripadvisor :-)
Not really they isn’t any jet skis but I know that there is swimming with dolphins and the monkey exclosure which is monkeys climb on you and you get to feed them and stuff there’s no surfing I don’t think but a lot of stuff you can do and even a water park and entertainment
Omg 2 weeks ago I went to this same hotel in punta Cana Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 and I saw Myself on the video and I saw my little sisters pram and it was baby pink in the Japanese restaurant

The food is almost the same in both restaurants. Soana is smaller and I think quieter.
Great video! Do the buildings have elevator ? Is the property easy to walk or do they offer shuttles ? Which building do you recommend for easy walking with a toddler ?
Only the main building has an elevator. The resort is very large 🙂
I have only been to one all-inclusive resort, 21 years ago on my honeymoon.
At that time, in that location, tipping was strongly discouraged. Is that the case here? Is tipping allowed? Is it expected?
