Doctor Who Iceberg Explained [PART ONE]

- Here I take a look at the Doctor Who Iceberg by Dr_Vesuvius ( / the_doctor_who_iceberg , explaining all the weird and wonderful trivia from how many Masters are played by Geoffrey Beevers to how many times Gallifrey has been destroyed in a time war. I'm sure I've made a few mistakes here and there, or maybe you have suggestions for other obscure Doctor Who trivia or other show's icebergs to cover, so drop a comment and maybe I'll make further videos.
Also, this wouldn't have been possible without all the fantastic work of the fan community, so please check out all these links to find everyone featured. Below are all the sources for clips and images, at least those that still exist in 2021. Please let me know if I’ve missed anything and I’ll add it in. I’m particularly interested in the original artist of the painting of the Eighth Doctor and Faction Paradox, couldn’t find who that was and I’d like to credit them and look at some more of their work.

The Timeless Children would have been more interesting if the revelation was that the _Master_ was the Timeless Child. The Master has a knack for "dying" and then coming back without any explanation. He even survived accidentally shrinking himself with the tissue compression eliminator (and in the same story apparently "dies" by being burnt to a crisp by a volcano).

My personal take on "Dr Who vs. the Doctor" is that _in-universe_ he should always be addressed as "the Doctor", but out of universe when naming the character he is Dr Who.
When you were discussing Peter Cushing, you could also have mentioned that he played Grand Moff Tarkin in the first Star Wars movie (which has been retconned as “Episode 4: A New Hope”).

It's funny that this isn't your usual content, because this is pretty good. It's a more in-depth iceberg than other ones and honestly I would consistently watch this kind of content if you posted more of it/got a better audio setup.

A pedant writes - Sutekh was trapped in a pyramid on Earth, the pyramid on Mars contains the Eye of Horus which needs to be destroyed for Sutekh to escape the Earth pyramid.

I've got another one: 'fan rage'. It refers to the reaction of most long time fans to Chris Chibnall's changing of the Doctor's character, and destroying the show's past, present, and future. It's almost as if the production set out to disrespect the program.
