You too Theo 😝
Thank you for this episode man. It really touched me
Right back at ya brotha
Mike’s friend: “so you’re basically giving up a year of your life to do this”
Mike: I’m basically taking one back.
This hit so hard. Thank you for being a respectful converser and fun host Theo!!
I wonder how many people even know who mike posner is. theo did a frosted flakes great show here. I was graduating high school when mike got famous and he was definitely a smoke and ride type of music. this is a whole side of him that I didn't know about. needless to say theo is picking such good guests man
perfect guest for Theo. Caught all of his jokes
That may speak to Mike's experience. Most people really don't listen well, especially in conversation, because they are thinking more about what THEY are going to say and not really listening intently. Mike got to a level of being present always, and maybe that's why he caught all of the jokes...maybe I'm just really high right now...
Sean or they just don’t think your funny.
It’s more likely that people just don’t find you funny. Most people are probably pretty busy and don’t care about your shit jokes.
NickMaddox0 are you okay?
Austin Sanders Yup. I’m just letting this Sean guy know that he isn’t the center of the universe and that he needs to stop thinking about what people are thinking. It’s just none of his or anyone’s business. If you are telling a joke and someone isn’t responding. They either don’t think you are funny, or they are to busy for your silly bullshit. Don’t read into it, don’t care about it. It doesn’t matter. Move the fuck on and find someone who cares about your shit jokes.
Mike Posner with that Forest Gump Hitter

Regarding hospitals: “It’s lunchtime, it’s Valium, it’s Thursday.”- Theo Von

I fucking love both of these guys
😹😹😹
This is possibly the best guest appearance on the podcast. Mike Posner is a special person. There is so much wisdom in this conversation.
They definitely get each other. Love both of them so much 💕
Rarely do guests understand Theo's humor
But this man not only gets it, but plays along with / and adds to his jokes.
Guessing people's names?! C'maowwwn... that's such a Theo activity
Kudos, Mike
@Ethan Kakac U rite
@Ethan Kakac Riff Raff was the most boring episode of TPW. This is one was one of the best. Riff Raff isnt funny and the episode didnt even get into anything deep, just Riff Raff trying to one up Theo. So superficial. This one was deep
I haven't cried about my dad in awhile. He passed 10/2020 and it seemed like everyone just wanted me to get over it. So I stopped talking about him or crying. Hearing Mike talk about his dad after the caller and Theo remembering his Dad as younger just cut it lose. Thanks guys. I actually needed it. Just to say I miss him and really feel it. Gang Gang 😁
Don't ever stop feeling your feelings about your dad! I lost my grandma September 3rd, 2020. I will never get over it. I cried for 2 years every night. Gang gang
He dead. It's okay to have feelings. But let it pass. One day you'll be reunited but he doesn't want you miserable. I know the feeling. I push it away when I feel it grow. It's ego. You think you're not right if you don't feel bad. When it comes on, recognize it, acknowledge it and then let it pass.
Not crying is detrimental to one’s health
This is my favorite duo ever, in life. Theo tickles the part of my brain that is smart and silly at the same time and Mike tickles the part of my brain that advocates for pushing through adversity and being a lovely kind person all at once. Those 2 together can be messy, strong, lovely, fun, and safe all at once.
this is one of those podcast episodes that will be special to a lot of people forever.
Mike Posner: Pill in Ibiza
Theo Von: Krill in his Pizza

"Big me had to talk to the little me..." I will take this wording with me personally for the rest of my life.
Hey then there's your higher self, the eternal infinite one that knows everything, and let's lil us play the game of Life 😉
For a while I kept getting this familiar feeling in Mike Posner's voice that I couldn't put my finger on. Then it hit me he reminds me of Mac Miller. This was great. The chemistry between the 2 was fantastic. I liked how Mike actually reacted to the crazy funny as shit that flows through Theo's mouth, great interview.
I noticed that too, honestly 🙏Rip dear Mac. Gang. Awesome u also had that subtle perception....
@@PsychiCorey great minds think a like. I'll forever miss Mac, one of a kind.
funny you say that. i had the exact same thought. not that him and Mac are are even that similar at all... but the unforgiving honesty and refreshing realness and vulnerability they both exude gives me the same feeling. similar also to how i feel when i listen to Capital STEEZ (RIP Mac and STEEZ)
before i saw your comment i was thinking how amazing it would be to see Theo interview Mac.
I was thinking that same exact thing. Imagine a Mac/Theo pod 😭
@@skeptical4446 I always asked myself yo where's is mac, what is mac up to, because there were a couple of years where he just disappeared, then when he started putting out music again I got so hyped. And of course he went out how he went out. He had his demons and even though he was killed by those pieces of shit that laced the drugs he took, he still had problems and I hate that was how his life ended. He will live on forever
The only guy in LA that wants to be himself for Halloween.
Amen brother.
This is such an incredible meeting of the minds, mike and theo are visionaries in their own right. That mind blowing hittah!!
They have a different outlook on life sometimes that it's very refreshing. We should all be so lucky to let our minds go to places unknown sometimes....
are you serious bra, nah you got to be trolling
Shoty what’s your opinion?
Theoism "I cant poo when broken glass is near me...." love it
Theoism**
Theism is already a word lol and i dont think it means what you mean
Haha. Theoism - the philosophy of Theo Von. I love it
Hes actually talked about this multiple times which is really odd.
“THIS IS THE COLLAB OF THE YEAR”

"I don't know what adjectives are bro" -Theo2k19
Same , thats wassup
I love how Theo finds a perfect balance between humorous and serious notes. One minute he says something hysterical, the next minute he drops something profound that hits the nail on the head. Theo has the best of both worlds!
Theo starts to say something...
Posner: “Lemme swallow before you say this...”
🤣 He was one of the better guests Theo has had that really interacted with him and kind of “got” how ridiculous some of the things he says are. So many guests just don’t have that sense of humor that appreciates how hilarious Theo is.
They do, they are just pulling a Joe.
@@tstoneami Anyone who takes after toe rogain does not deserve this sweet childs platform

Screen Realm yeah gave me goosebumps when I heard him say that. Theos lowkey crazy smart n inspirational. Gang.
One of the pinnacle podcasts so far, interesting all the way through, and Theo is engaged and bettering himself
This is one of the best podcasts of all time. Thank you Theo and Mike!
Joshua Aldaco you shouldn’t mention Joe around Theo’s beyhive
Outstanding episode. Definitely made me self-reflect and confront being stuck in some grooves that are robbing me of a connected, satisfied life. Much love and respect and thanks for the inspiration!
Theo gotta get Shia Labeouf on bruh

Great conversation, it’s an art how Theo can make his guests feel so comfortable

Awesome how Theo acknowledges the little things...
This podcast was really wholesome. Just 2 guys tryna be the best versions of themselves. Respect
I've never been so pleasantly surprised by an interview. Absolutely loved it🙌💗
That nightmare bust 😂"Thats how half people came into existence.' 😂😂😂 messed up how true that is
That's honestly why so many people probably have problems in their life like addiction because their parents were carless and just busted and had no interest in being in a relationship or having kids.
@@thomasrainbow thats a pure fact. #Let's stop Careless Busts
Oh my god. I’ve never clicked a podcast quicker.

The part about how were mortals and we will all die is so true. Many people know this but never live as if theyre dying. Make yourself happy without hurting others, and never make others happy if its going to hurt you. At the end of the day, putting your trust in another person will leave you disappointed. If youre your own best friend you will never feel alone.

Dude talking about any random city in America, chooses Springfield, sitting in front of Simpson’s mural. Simulation confirmed
Could have been the painting that made him subconsciously think of Springfield
graham kehoe he talked about Springfield, Ohio, not Springfield Illinois, which is Simpsons territory
The fact it was Ohio and not Illinois gives more creedence to the original comment, ruling out no names theory lol
Yea i made that comment before the part had even come up... Seems OP is probably right. Sim confirmed
Technically it's not a Simpsons mural,it's Theo and his Comedian friends drawn to look like Simpson's characters. I see Bill Burr,Bert Kriescher,Joe Rogan,Joey Diaz,Theo, the other's I'm still trying to figure out.
