How to make Beautiful Buttercream Glossy Buttercream

    A beautiful buttercream is one of reasons to make a Pretty Cake.
    Today I wanna show you how to make a Beautiful - Glossy Buttercream in a easy way with good taste.
    Ingredients:
    500gr unsalted Butter
    200gr Whipping cream
    200gr Milk
    200g sugar
    ******Make sure all your Materials are cool ^^
    ******This is not Korean Buttercream Recipe - but I refer the key about " temperature of butter " of G.G.Cakraft.
    Thank this lovely girl created the new way for us to have more Ideas for Buttercream.

      Thanks, I used Vietnamese brand and you can use all kind of butter with fat content > 80%

    I was trying but the butter is not hard enough then I tried to put it in to the freezer after for a while it have a lot of air inside of the butter but ok I tried to make a flowers like that it’s not so bad but after that not so long time it have some water coming out of the butter hmmmm :((( I don’t know what happened or maybe I putted a water colors to the butter that why it’s like that. Could you have some suggestions ? I want to try it again.

      it depends on your room temp., in my place is over 32 C degree, the shippers brought my cake over 3 hours on street by motor cycle but it was Ok. And the most important is your skill on piping because the structure of flower can help them stand out side for long or not.
      And it is not my Crytal Buttercream ^^

    Thanks for the video. Did you pipe under aircon room? How long it takes to whip the buttercream? 5 mins? Can I use this buttercream for cake frosting or should I whip a bit longer to get lighter texture?

      yes, piping flower need aircon room. About the time to whip, it depends on your butter and room temp. It took me 15minutes in this clip. You can use for frosting and piping flowers, too.

      34 c degree... I am not sure, but if you don't pipe so much flowers, and don't let your cake directly with sunlight...I think it is Ok

      When your buttercream is done, you can use right away, if it is very soft to pipe, just put it in refrigerator 5 - 10 minutes, if you put for long time, your buttercream is frozen and you need to mix again like this clip's process.

      Milk : UTH Milk -Whipping and Butter: You can choose Elle & Vire ( remember fat content of butter > 80 % )
