    No need to add sugar (which is good) Looks very stable. I bet it tasted delicious too. I haven’t tried with white chocolates I guess i better. ❤️

    올려주시는 귀한 영상들 너무 잘보고 있습니다.^^ 넘 늦은 댓글이지만 넘 궁금해서 글 남겨요.
    혹시 코팅초콜릿을 쓰시는 이유가 있을까요? 커버춰초콜릿은 안되는건지 또는 아무거나 사용해도 될까요?
    크림이 제가 만든것 보다 단단한 것 같아요. 밀크파우더가 씹힐까봐 생크림에 녹여서 섞었는데 혹시 그이유 때문일까요? 그냥 넣어도 씹히지는 않을까요?

    Thank you so much for the video . It was long waited 😍 . How does it taste?! And can use it with art knife?! If you know julien flowers she uses knifes to put the chocolate cream on cakes . Can this work too ?!

      Since this has a stiffer consistency, I wouldn't recommend it for using with a palette knife to 'paint' the flowers on cakes. But with the white chocolate, cream, and butter, the taste is amazing!

      100 гр.белого шоколада, растопить в микроволновке 3 раза по 30 сек., там же нагреть сливки до горячего состояния, влить их в шоколад и размешать. 120 гр. Мягкого масла взбить миксером на большой скорости до состояния крема , всыпать50гр.сух.молока и вылить в эту смесь шоколадную, перемешать ложкой и взбить 5 мин. Потом в хол-к на 10 мин. Готово.

      버터에 탈지분유를 먼저 넣고 주걱으로 크림화 시킨후에 휘핑기로 충분히 휘핑하면 탈지분유가 잘 녹을거예요🥰

      @@bloomingdays 이대로 해봤는데 가루맛나고 전혀 녹지 않던데요.. 왜 생크림이랑 분유를 같이 안녹이고 버터를 크림화할때 분유를 넣는지 이해가 안되는데 답변 가능 하실까요? 저는 아무리 휘핑해도 분유가 녹지않아 재료만 버렷어요...
