Berry cake recipe. Fast and tasty

    Ingredients:
    500g. Cow cheese
    2 eggs
    4 tablespoons sugar
    150g Greek yogurt
    2 tablespoons wheat semolina
    100 ml. milk
    2 tablespoons flour
    baking powder
    Vanilla
    In a smaller bowl, mix the milk with the semolina.
    Place the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt in a larger bowl and mix everything with the vertical mixer. Gradually add eggs, sugar, flour with baking powder and vanilla. Mix well until all ingredients are homogenized and the cheese forms a paste. Finally add the milk and semolina mixture.
    Grease the baking pan with butter or insert baking paper. Pour the contents into the pan and place in the oven at 180 degrees C for 40 minutes.
    For the jam we need berries, raspberries, blueberries or any other fruit you like. We put them in a pan over medium heat with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and let them stand until they homogenize and form a compound between them.
    We pour the jam over the baked cheesecake, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few hours.
    We serve it to our loved ones with a frothy cappuccino! Bon appetit!
