the whole point of angstrom levy is to be a caricature of overly vengeful comic book villains who always blame the hero for things that inadvertently went wrong in their lives. powerplex is also another example of this. a big theme in invincible is parody of mainstream superhero media.

Keep in mind that Levy's mind is scrambled with hundreds of different memories of him seeing all his loved ones being killed by Invincible in different timelines, along with all the emotions his other selves felt in those moments. All he did was extremely idiotic, yes, but there's a reason behind it. Levy is ultimately a tragic character, someone who could have actually done so much good, and his own goodness (stopping his experiment to save Invincible from being killed) ended up transforming him into a villain. Truly a shame

He even enlisted the morally inept Mauler Twins to help him build the mind melding machine instead of looking for heroes in other universes that could. I believe that even if his experiment had been a successful, he still would have become an Villian to the likes of Kang the Conqueror. He’s similar to Robot in many ways.

Her and robot invaded the flaxen universe to keep them from invading earth and she later backstabs robot and causes him to go full blown villain. Her betrayal made zero sense because she did the exact same things as robot did to the flaxens

The evil Invincible toyed with Rex a bit before Rex said he had one more piece of ammo, his skeleton. Rex blew himself up in order to kill the evil Invincible. That's what eve is referencing when he says "you took him from me." As Angstom Levy brought the evil Invincible who Rex sacrificed his life to kill. Eves mad at Angstrom for killing someone who used to be her boyfriend. As for why she says "my boyfriend" im not actually sure. I haven't read the commics yet (I'm starting soon), but it might be some symbolic thing of Eve just being mad, as she probably still cared for Rex to some extent. I can't actually answer that tho.
