Hi I just wanted to ask, when the lock is locked, can you pull the cable out further or does it stay at the length that you locked it at?

When you’ve locked it in place push in the excess cable into the body of the lock 🔒 it’s got a ratchet system inside that takes up all the slack.
What if your son forgets his combination? Is there anything you can do?
yea....try every combination starting with 000 then 001 002 and so on and so forth
Brian Mill hey you can learn to pick them. its not hard at all. i love locks with combos but they are very easy to crack the combo
is there anyway of resetting this? my partner told me I set the lock combination in November last year. I'm arguing I didn't because I don't remember. I've tried all my usual combination's and none are correct. I'm told she paid over 10 pounds for this and it's now useless. Any help would be appreciated. She bought ours from Lidl but it's exactly the same model as this only in orange.
did you manage it? I have the same problem!
All you have to put in is “294” and then press the release button, and then change it too “749” and it should unlock. (You’re welcome)
