So I've had the opportunity to use my Kratos' tanks over the last few games and this video kinda hammers home a lot overall. I play Imperial Fists so my shots typically hit more overall.
I first ran a pair of truly loaded up Kratos with Flashburn, 4x Las, Flare Shield, and a Havoc Launcher. 835 for both, but they earned their points back in two games so ridiculously well. They were the absolute bane of vehicles and the Havoc Launchers let them harass infantry all game at the same time. Hitting on 2's with rerolls with the main cannon and co-ax was so nasty and made sure anything I touched died. Worth noting that keeping a Forgelord behind them to repair them all game could be super worth it if you wanted to maintain their viability; I didn't do this but it's a great idea. The two Kratos killed at last 950-1200 points in each game.
After that I tried two separate units of a one Kratos each with the "Sniper" loadout but with a pair of Autocannons instead of two of the Heavy Bolters; this benefited heavily from all my stuff hitting on 2's. Both did very well and the opponent struggled with target priority as they spent all game hammering out miscellaneous armored units or infantry. These felt like a very comfy middle ground considering it was nearly 200 points cheaper than the previous loadout I had. I could see value in even just running one to open up HS slots, and even maybe a squad of 2, but they'd definitely be targeted more due to their unit density and massive footprint if in a single squad. This loadout is very much worth it for MOST people.
Lastly I had a purpose-built Kratos for my Imperial Fists (yes I own three Kratos, two of which are fully magnetized). I ran Flashburn, 2x Autocannons, 2x Assault Cannons, PM-Assault Cannon, and a Flare Shield. This thing drives up and absolutely annihilates infantry and armor all game but is over 400 points on its own. I had a Siege Breaker walking near it most of the time giving it Sunder on all of its guns, and it was frankly disgusting to the point of where the Siege Breaker buffs almost feel mandatory. 12 Assault Cannon shots fishing for 6's against armor is insane when I'm rerolling attempts to Pen and the Autocannons already being S7 and Rending is just as nasty with the Sunder. I reliably popped AV14 a few times and chewed apart a Laser Vindicator squad in one turn with all the Rending and Sunder with a plethora of Pens and Glances. When not attacking tanks I was wounding just about everything infantry based on a 2+ and the Assault Cannons were amazing for Return Fire Reactions. This will absolutely draw fire close up at 24', but properly supported is an absolute monster since its reliably good against just about EVERYTHING. Super thematic and super fun. It earned its points back insanely well even if a bit of a gimmick.
I have yet to use any of the Volkite since I don't gain tons of benefits from it as an IF player. I will try the Melta option eventually, but again, as an IF player I don't gain a lot from it compared to other things.

basically thinking of kitting this out as anti-vehicle/anti big things like dreads and primarchs. Since I run fists, I'm tempted to stick the Iliastus Assault Cannon on the pintle mount and get that +1 hit for auto weapons on every gun from the Battlecanon on down. It's a ton of firepower but also a ton of points in one basket. this video has got me pausing to re-think my build.
Also, I just love how much tanks and vehicles play a bigger part in 30k.

Slides and chapters are great additions as others have said! I would love a video like this on the Spartan, one that went into the best loadouts for the vehicle itself but also what kind of units would be good to transport - it's quite an expensive vehicle to begin with, so putting a unit of ten terminators in means you have a massive chunk of your army invested..

Solid video, the Kratos is a cool model and I have one for my 4th Legion built dirt cheap, like an expensive long-range fourth vindicator. You are right about the 14AV not really being that high anymore (Demolisher Cannons are S12, for Satan's sake), but I had one qualm:
The "Mixed Roll" Kratos is presented at 395pts (for a single model squadron), but shouldn't it come to 380? The unit entry states that "any Legion Kratos may exchange both Hull (Front, Left) Mounted heavy bolter and its Hull (Front, Right) Mounted heavy bolter with one of the following options", then proceeds to give options that replace both weapons simultaneously for the points listed per model in the squadron. It is listed in the same fashion for both of the Sponson Mounted weapons in the next option.
At the 395pt presented, you end up paying the points for both of the hull mounted calivers, and the sponson mounted culverins twice on single model.
Or, am I about 2 pints over the limit to be doing math?

Cool overview, the absence of “Power of the Machine Spirit” is a key limitation that needs to be considered in any loadout on the Kratos. Like speccing a new Audi, BMW or Mercedes, you’ve got to be very careful not to overspend on the options list.
    Few thoughts to add:
    > A pintle heavy bolter on a heavy-bolter rich loadout is well worthwhile.
    > Volkite (and heavy bolters!) are yet to shine as Solar Auxilia and Mechanicum rules are not yet here - future proofing!
    > Don’t forget the Iron Hands! The Kratos is ungodly tough in service of The Gorgon, always take the flare shield and tissues for opponents tears!
