- We're doing a Budget Build. AGAIN. Why do we do this to ourselves? Your guess is as good as mine. To spice things up a bit, and add more pain, we've introduced the Wheel of Fordyce, which has a lot of good and bad options on it for ruining our weeks. I have been told by my wife that I have a red plaid shirt.
Truck is turning out great. I'd have to double check, but I think the Eco Power servos have a plastic center gear. I wouldn't abuse it too much. The light up googly eyes are everything I hoped they'd be.

Those servos are pretty decent out of the box but then go all to hell in a short period of time 😊
I’ve ran one of those servos in my Ecto at 7.4 volts for over a year with aluminum beadlocks and brass brake weights and it still works fine.
@@offroad1911Only running it at 7.4v is what’s pro longing its life.

I put that servo in my straight axle phoenix, I like it.
My only critique of the 3d print would be that I've never seen you with that many buttons undone and your collar all loosey goosey. I think he should edit the file so there is a fully buttoned option. 😂

I have the 210T in my Phoenix, it has a bit of added weight in the wheels and it does great, I have the 110t in my ultra, I haven't gotten to use it yet, but if it ends up not being enough I'm definitely going to go to the 120 so I don't have to spend 100$ + on a servo every build. Although I could just get a 60 kg and do the same thing

We live a little far away from each other, and I wouldn’t say that the goal is always more performance. This is more about building a truck to suit our style and preferences.

I'm experienced, My first car was the Javlin. I'm old lol, I started racing dirt oval sprint cars in the late 80s-mid 90s, as a kid.
Crawlers I've only been into for a year and a half with the scx24s. I just about finished a Slayer Build which is my first scratch Build since the 90s.
Anyway I think with 10th scale I want to crawl and trail not compete.

From the servo description it's 7.4 compatible not 8.4 ;)
The packaging say 8.4v.
@@scalebuildersguild weird because on their website they say 7.4 and even on the servo it self it's 7.4 high volt, the EcoPower WP250T is indicated that it can support up to 8.4, even on the video that is on the servo page the guy said 7.4. I dont want to be a pain, I only want to be sure that you wont break your servo...
