He keeps destroying Zarya's shield, buffing her and this makes the team's objective difficult.

Its true.. I'm plat, so half the time my brain isn't functioning properly, but typically (i believe) you should be weighing up burning the shield versus the likelihood of her survivability.
In hindsight, i should have swapped.
