Now, this is a great video that proves the high quality of your channel, bravo! I am actually doing the same thing with my Nikon Nikkor 105mm F2 DC, a epic lens combined with my Nikon D850 and even adapted on Z50. The level of compression achieved with this focal lenghts makes the landscape look almost within the reach and pulls you inside, great. Keep up a good work🤜🤛👍

Thank you man! The 105mm is an incredible lens and one that I wanted for a long time before I got into the z system.

@@TheProjectPhotography You are welcome man 🤜🤛 And, so get that 105 F2 DC because there is NOTHING comparable and... the Zeiss Distagon 35mm F2 ZF.2 is the other one! Maybe you could adapt them as I do even professionaly and make your opinion public here 🤩 All I can tell you is, there is no better glass out there and I am sure you would come to the similar conclusion because you are simply very talented and obviously very well educated 😀

I actually had the Zeiss 35mm f2 for a while! It's a fantastic lens and I loved using it. I definitely wouldn't be opposed to getting a dslr again (I love dslr's) and picking up d series lenses, they're honestly super underrated now (and insanely cheap) :)

@@TheProjectPhotography Yes, and Nikon's 1001 night explains the history of that epic glass and what purpose each lens was constructed for! Now, this is the most important part because there is no "corner to corner" sharpness as a attribute to a human eye and pretending to have achieved it with a lens is simply a misleading propaganda... I mean, if your eye contentrates to something beautiful way back, is it noticing anything else as a equally important part of the picture? No, and studying different focal lenghts and their personality is the most important part of the search for your own visual identity! Actually, the camera has always been, and is still only something screwed onto a great piece of glass! 🤜🤛🤩

I am so glad I came upon your channel. I am learning how to use the Nikon Z30. 🙂
Do you have any settings tips for handheld shaky videos? I am finding all my vlog like videos on the Nikon z30 are disturbingly shaky…. even when panning the cam with a neck strap.

Thanks for supporting me :). As for the z30, there's generally an acceptable amount of shake, but the z30 doesn't have image stabilization so you have to make sure you have a lens with VR (Image stabilization) and ensure that it's on in the settings

I notice you eschew lens hoods. Why so?

I don't have anything against them. I just find them inconvenient and take up space. I also use allot of fillers in my photography so it'd be more of a hassle than anything
