    Very good series with informative personal stories that involve the public with the runners. The only thing missing is a points per runner/race and standings overview

    Enjoying the series however can you make the subtitles bigger or future episodes and consider the contrast to the back ground. White subtitles on snow scenes aren’t very easy to read. Thanks

    I'm confused - why did they put such a gap between the runners at the start? Were they running for time only, instead of racing each other to the finish line?
    When will the socond part be released? Next Saturday? Or, this Sunday? Thanks

      Too narrow and fast trails to let them go in one time

      It's a time trial, they're trying to replicate cycling with the prologue.

      @@pipinkay but how did they decide who was going to start first, second, etc.? Obviously, the first person had an advantage. It only makes sense if they raced for time.

    • @pipinkay
      @pipinkay Před měsícem +1

      @@gipvision6937 why do you think first person had an advantage? I think opposite, its easier to chase someone than being chased. They counted the time from the start to finish for every runner so everyone had the same chances. As far as I know the last one was first in general standings, so the highest someone has been the easier has the race been for him

      @@gipvision6937, they probably did it with the highest points (either GTWS or ITRA - for runners without GTWS points) starting last. That's a standard start list for cycling, and the chaser has the advantge

    Good series but so sad:
    1/you have got Elhousine: very fast on the flat and downhill, who is not allowed to race in the US (due to visa issue, what a shame), who deprives him for a victory of the Golden Train Series, and hearing from Greg Vollet, that Elhousine cannot win is not nice nor fair, especially when you look at Dolomite race and the Prologue.
    2/ the Kenyans (Patrick and Philemon): who are very strong but very unlucky, especially because they get loss in the US races.
    Always painful not to see these athletes winning races.
    Finally, you have of course, Rémi Bonnet, a well rounded - can do it all athlete - a little cocky but that back it up on the race, that seems to have won the crowd and the Golden Train Series's organisation, which makes it a little bit unfair for the others.

      Greg V and Elhousine have a bit of "history" going back to at least 2020's finals. The good thing is, it looks like his visa issue has been resolved, I remember seeing that he will be racing both US races this year for NNormal.
