I think even Tom's filter gets worn out every once in awhile. You can't be the consummate diplomat 24/7, especially if you haven't slept, which I imagine is the case when you do press junkets back to back.
My eyes do that too and it’s different than crying because there is no sobbing type of thing. Crying involves the whole face but this is literally just like a water purge from the eyes. It’s difficult to explain if you’ve never experienced it.

uchi it’s not the staring it’s the level of respect with which he treats others and little things like the body language of other people really boosts confidence and self-esteem. Of an ugly person looked at me with that much attention I would feel good not creeped out. It’s not just because he’s charming it’s the way he treats people.

It’s not on purpose but I think it’s because I just woke up a few hours ago and haven’t fully woken up so the wind hitting my face just causes tears to come out. It’s that or my body is telling me it hates school.

i thought that was only me!!! the "involuntary eye watering situation". i get that and its so weird. when i sneeze, when i cough (literal floods when i cough), when i yawn and when im scared. a while back now but, one of my friends once snuck up behind me and scared me and my eyes watered (a tear even slid down my cheek) and he was like "are you alright, why are you crying?! and i just said "oh its this stupid thing my eyes do. he often mocks me for it now, if anyone slightly makes me jump (not enough to set me off) he goes "awww dont cry" in this really patronising voice. i love the fact ive got this in common with tom though, hes one of my favourite actors!
