I enjoyed this, I would love to see more fitness journey videos! Its soo much better when you cook for yourself because people are crazy theses days because its a lotta food i didn't eat until I started cooking for my husband now i eat the foods i through i would never eat my mom said i hate veggies so she would put a little sugar on all most every thing i eat she never force ne to eat the food s i didn't like but my dad says if i buy it when its cooked you will eat it but he is only a couple of weeks before he goes back to the army 28 yrs yes i escape a lot of azz beating or punishment i live on punishment when he comes home because of foods that i were to eat i sat at the dinner table all day longi sleep and when i wake up that damn foods is looking at me when its time to cook i would help my mom and that way i start eating more different foods i was always on punishment we could not do nothing when dad is home he allows us to go shopping for whatever you buy my mom allow me 2 ten dollar bills i swear i was going to save my money and run away i am so glad i am grown but i love my dad so much
