Taste when you're adding it and you'll know when it's right, but the real stuff definitely has sugar cause it doesn't taste exactly the same without it. I also let it sit for at least a few hours, the flavors need time to come together.

This aint chipotle sauce it don’t have no chipotle in it TacoBell uses chipotle chile in it.
The chipotle sauce is its own sauce
