How To Remove a BMW Z4 E85 Front Bumper

In this short video, we show you how to remove the front bumper from an E85 BMW Z4.
It's very easy however, be prepared to contact BMW for extra push bolts that fit down the side of the bumper in the wheel arch! they are very annoying and we snapped a couple.

Great simple video thanks. Question you might be able to help with. I am looking at buying a Z4 and there appears to be a larger than normal gap between the top of the bumper and the bottom of the headlight. It looks like the bumper sits on the metal absorber once it’s mounted and if so does that mean the metal absorber is also misaligned or could you see any other reason for the gap verweb the bumper and the headlight which is about a thin finger in size.

I have the same issue. I've often thought if something has been damaged. But as you have the same issue maybe it's a design issue
