  • This is a video describing the bamboo lab P1 P 3-D printer. It experiences a series of problems and you can encounter many different various problems. If you leave your printer on 24 hours a day. You must turn your printer off when you get finished printing, and when you are finished printing, you must always back the filament out of the extruder head and clean the extruder tip then power the machine off. Do not let the machine hibernate and sleep because you will damage the thermostat on the printer by leaving the printer on for long periods of time. Period so the printer must be at 220° or 230° in order to print and what happens is whenever you leave the printer on for long periods of time the extruder heads gets hot stays hot and then it damage damages the thermostat so you will have to replace the thermostat which plugs into the side of the extruder head. The extruder head is enclosed on the 3-D printer arm, and you can push the button on the side of the 3-D nozzle, printer and the cover will come off. There’s two tiny screws that hold the extruder head on and you must power the machine off whenever you take the cover off of the front of the machine. Always turn the machine off before you start unplugging things on the machine or you will short them out. Please like and subscribe and check out the other videos. It’s called a thermistor not a thermostat after a print the nozzle temp will be set to 0 unless you’ve messed with it so leaving it on 24/7 will not mean that the print head is constantly hot
