These cars are based closely on the Union Pacific Railroad Police. Since 2019/2020, they've ditched the uniforms and marked cars and now use exclusively plainclothes and unmarked cars.
haha well GO LOCO railroad police is not a real thing go loco is the trains company in GTA v in real life it's the union Pacific railroad, and the logo on the side is actually the union Pacific railroad police logo
