This man's insane and utter commitment to doing the damn best he can in every movie he's in. He's in better shape than probably 90% of the planet.

Tom Cruise used to fly his P-51 over Saddleback Community College when I was taking my summer courses there. It was incredibly surreal to see a P-51 zoom over the parking lot as I'm walking to class.

@@freestylepunk Maverick called the shot first, but then Iceman went for the position and took it out from under from Mav and Goose. Iceman forced a bad position and when he left, Maverick and Goose got caught in Iceman’s jet stream.
@@sabster79 I see where you're coming from. My interpretation is that Maverick forced Iceman to get out of the way to take a shot when Iceman took too long. Maverick's competitiveness was a big contributor to the accident. Hence, they were both to blame.
Then again, I'm no flight expert and it's a movie so who knows... 😁

You know a movie and its story was good when even HISHE can't find plot points ridiculous enough to end the conflict before the designated time...
Top gun was based on real missions and the exact sequence of the dogfights.. So theres nothing to change

1:08 mostly how everyone would laugh when Robert Pattinson was announced playing Batman, but turns out to be so underrated.
What's so good about The Batman is it's actually a BATMAN movie. Batman was the main character as it should be.
This is quite coincidental considering Val Kilmer, who plays Iceman, once played Batman.

This was pretty good. The 25 year reunion skit was epic (with Easter eggs)!!
There are three or a mix of the three other endings. The escort ships firing their surface to air missiles at the jets, Maverick using beyond visual range missiles to engage the enemy and the aircraft carrier using the two other catapults since one wasn't working.
