This gained traction on social media, including claims that the missile fired by the Ukrainians was an American “Patriot” missile. It doesn't matter if Russian missile or AD missile were. One thing sure. If a cruise missle hits a building it will leave little to nothing from it. From the pictures about the hospital only a little part was demolished. But they carry out like the whole hospital were destroyed completley. We saw before that Ukraine uses civilian infrastructures for military purposes. Also there wer 3 military used buildings in the hospital vicinity so it could be a A Russian cruise missle which was of coursed by AD or EW devices. But no one else is questioning Ukraine why they are housing military equipments behind civilins. Because it's a war crime as well. Oh wait western double standards.

A few years back, a missile hit Poland and everyone accused Russia. Investigation were launched and found it was a Ukrainian Missile that misfired. 2 polish people died.
But the truth came out quickly. Russia with all of its resources even used poor quality footage lifted from a Twitter account where the images are so highly compressed disguised the clear indications it was a kh101. The missile isn’t recognisable on the Twitter image, but it is on the Telegram ones which is uncompressed

AIM-120 Length: 366 cm | diameter: 17,8 cm | ratio: 20:1
I've just used a ruler at 4:12 and got length 12,5 cm and diameter 0,6 cm, so ratio is roughly 20:1
Yeah and did you measure some other objects in the video to make sure all dimensions were equal. What about your screen ? So you have 2 factors the camera that got the video and your computer screen. Try doing this Ctrl Alt arrow to rotate your screen and rotate it 90 degrees and do your measurements again. Almost all computers are set up different and stretch the image one way or another. You are measuring two perpendicular right angle dimensions. Furthermore the actual missile image is fuzzy and you can't see the exact location of the sides.

If There is no way children hospital was target. If missiles and other weapons had accuracy than Ukraine had no chance. Generally their missiles and artillery shells land on ground or anywhere other than target.

Yeah right. They bombed the cancer clinic and it is a two story building. There is the big hospital with 3 wings and then in front of it a 5 story cardiac hospital which you can see in all the pictures behind the bombed building. The bombed building is 2 or 3 stories and has a little deck in front of it that you can see in all the pictures. You still see the main hospital because it didn't get bombed directly.
Next time before you make fake BS statements check what you are taking about with a map. They even have a photo of the cancer building and it matches the bombed building and is 3 stories high.

"bulge" is just a blur of high velocity object. cheap digital cameras tend to do that. It was one of a few glitched frames, if you look original video you will see i am right. other frames look exactly like AIM-120.

And how come the missile falls from on high, without a contrail? Cruise missiles have a cruising altitude of a few hundred meters and produce contrails (unlike the hospital missile) until hitting their targets.
I would like to see you dedicate this much effort to analyzing the missile strike on Crimea Beach, or are those killed not children too? Hypocrites!
Did you see 2 contrails near that beach from air defence? I don't think water of the beach was the target for cluster warhead.
First why are people vacationing in a warzone. Second the people died from the debris of a missile shot down by Russian air defence. The missile in Ukraine was purposely aimed at a hospital, this is total different scenarios.

That is by no means a kh-101, in no part of the whole video do you see long wings, it is a NASAM (AMRAM) missile.
With so much jamming from both sides, I wonder whether Russia or Ukraine still has the ability to hit what they're targeting.

It’s a russian kh101. Look at the back of the missile and on the bottom. There is a small booster which is used on the kh101 as well
That is not what they said. They said Ukrainian SAM hit the hospital.
The warhead of the missiles are too small to cause several floors to collapse and the walls to be blown out in a hospital which is an extremely strongly built structure with multiple elevator shafts.
We should let Russia do its own investigation just like Israel.

Who cares? Ukraine is the nation who was invaded. Ukraine is the nation whom has had tens of thousands of civilians killed by the Russians. Russia needs to go home, give up Donbas, Luhansk, and Crimea.
This was a NATO or should I say a US Sam Missile. When you watch the whole video showing Russia blowing up military bases it also shows you what their missiles looked like, all six of them. When you compare it too the missile shown hitting the Hospital they not only look different but the one hitting the hospital is smaller. If it was hit by the Russian missile they used the whole hospital would be gone not partially. SAM''s carry a smaller payload then what the Russians were using so that is why the damage was smaller!
Everyone knows it was a Russian missile, the question is what they intended to hit. looking at the path of the missiles and the hit sites (which is all readily available if you know where to look 'Telegram') You can see that the main strike was on the industrial zone 1.5km's north. These missiles came in from the east. The hit on the hospital was from another payload that arrived from the south east, which was part of the attack on Dnipro. So one lone missile from another direction... sounds like a targeting error or they diverted it and something happened and it fell short.
The videos circulating show that when the missiles are incoming they are loud and almost engine like, this missile dropped in nearly silence, so potentially the engine failed.
So lucky that it didn't hit head on. Despite the propaganda, no children actually died at the hospital, 30 people sadly died in other strikes across the country.

The original video comes with audio.
On the same day, there were multiple hits on the 'Savod Artom', a military manufacturer in Kyiv.
There's also videos from the five Kh101 that hit the factory.
In the video, one can hear a distinctive whistle sound, every time befor a strike, most likely caused by the secondary turnofan engine of the Kh101.
That whistle sound is wholly missing on the hospital strike!
Furthermore, there are, in fact, anti air missiles that have these wings in the middle.
The AIM 120 AMRAAM, is one such case.
To note is also that the 'BULGE' is not visible in some of the frames if one looks at the video frame by frame.
Therefore, it is questionable if the 'BULGE' is a physical object or aater vapor as is occurs often in aviation.

Easy-peasy. That would be the AMRAAM. Altogether different from the footage.
NASAMS have a 20kg warhead, about like an artillery shell, and even part of that is shrapnel.
No more fuel in that phase either, no trail. No way it can cause that much dammage.
It also does not have that motor at the back.
Compare the tip of a nasams and kh101 to the missile in the video. It's clearly kh101

Also worth notice that the missile in the video is on a "top-down" terminal attack phase with the 75 degrees plus downward angle.
A SAM that missed their mark will tumble because SAM (such as MIM-104 missile) don't have wing to stabilise the missile after the propellent went out. It will just felt out of the sky.

The original video some how doesn't have such a detail of the attack jet.
The patriarch has many version and type of missile however it's said to be similar to Aim 120 missile which has a rounded point and rear wings that has a bulge.
In The original video, the bulge can be seen more define at times when the missile rotates , the silhouette of at no time seem to have an jet attache..
If the video is pause at the same point of the clouds in still frame ukraine presented video it's totally different.... as if altered.

How do you know that that missile was the one that struck the hospital. Russia stated that an intercept missile struck the hospital. If the intercept missile was fired at the Russian missile then how do you know if you’re seeing the missile that hit the hospital. It does indeed look like a Russian missile. Although the Patriot missile has wings as well.
Missile on the shown footage doesn't look similar to Ha-101 (Ха-101 in Russian). It looks longer and narrower. Also destruction on the site doesn't look like warhead with 450-800 kg. It looks smaller. AIM-120 AMRAAM missile is much more similar to video footage and destruction on the site.
There are many photos of air launched KH-101 loaded on Russian aircrafts, and none of them has a turbofan engine at the bottom of its tail. What they use for KH-101 photos on internet is actaully a Kh-55 or KH-555 missile, but those thing are fat. And I dont see 2 relatively long wings in the middle, they are short.
Can DW do the same analysis for the missile that hit Konstantynivka Market in September 2023 as well Przewodow in 2022 ? Or does it not fit the propaganda?
so, now the question begs to be asked: Were the alleged KH-101 parts obtained fom the hospital scene or from different sites in UA?
and one more: how comes, this missile aused a relatively moderate damage, while other missiles of the type KH-101 caused real damage and would have flattened the hospital?
