  • Helmed by a couple from Jin Tian in Hong Kong, the stall serves possibly one of the best roast meat in town, using charcoal.
    Preparation begins at 5am. Working within a small petite stall, it's amazing that the veteran chef Mr Yip Kwok Ching whips out a good variety of dishes. His signatures are roast duck, pork belly, char siew and kampong chicken. What's very unique here is the roast suckling pig that is rarely offered in hawker stalls. It is roasted to brown and crispy. Additionally, its taste of Kampong Chicken is elevated by a special condiment consisting of onion, spring onion and garlic.
    If come with a small belly, try the pork belly and roast duck. The smoky, crackling pork belly with perfect fat-to-lean meat ratio is delectable. The crisp duck skin and juicy meat come with a light herbal note. Pair these with a bowl of plump, juicy wanton soup, one can't help but wish that the stall is just right outside home doorstep.
