The technical name is air things, Great video never seen it before.
They're not fenders...Fenders hang on the side...These are used for launching large ships from the building dock..

مفروض تكون قناة السويس عندها وسائد هوائية مثل هذه....اي سفينة تتصدّر بالعرض...يعوّموها بها بدون تكاليف و ضياع وقت وخسارة وسواد وش واتهامات من هنا وهناك وتحقيقات ووسائل اعلام وهالة كبيييييرة ملهاش ريحة اللازمة....وتشجع شركات التأمين وشركات السفن...ان مع اي حدث مثل ذلك سيتم التعامل معه سريعا دون ان يتكبدوا خسائر واتهامات...
