We have to go off how we feel when we eat these foods. When I eat processed vegan junk I feel like crap. But when I cook at home I feel so good even if I eat two bowls of curry and quinoa. It’s hard to go back to processed when you have eating Whole Foods plant based for awhile. Your taste buds change too.
Facts! I feel so heavy and laden with the "itis" when I eat Processed things, too many carbs, fried food/meat, etc. But I can literally FEEL my brain and whole body LIGHT UP with bliss and ecstasy when I eat fresh, clean fruits, veggies and meals! And yes it really DOES feel extra rewarding when not only are you eating healthy, but you're eating something YOU prepared yourself! I really think it's an Energy thing. We really care about our food and making it taste good, we put our love and energy into it and it comes out that way when we eat it, on TOP of that food already being good for us. ❤
