Such great memories this tour brings back. This was the first Madonna concert of many that I attended of Madonna’s. So it naturally holds a very special place in my entire being. It rained the entire evening but it didn’t matter, it still was a great night and a fabulous show. She performed in the horrendous rain. I would go on to see her 7 more times in her enormous career. Each time was very special. I love your story and we each had similar stories and experiences with this same tour ( our kindred spirits collide yet again lol) I had shared that on a prior reaction a while back. I love that you had that moment as well Psyche.

Surely this is a shoe in for the 2023 Greatest hits tour? This is one of her number one anthems that has only been on this tours set list. She played it accoustic style on a number of limited dates during the Rebel Heart tour, but this crying out to be played in full again. Anyone agree? ♥️♥️

This is actually one of my favorite concerts. Not the one that I consider the top one, that would be Blond Ambition that revolutionized concerts. This one is more simple, and the energy through the entire show is insane and uplifting and wonderful. And in a way, concerts have become such spectacles, that seeing this these days feels absolutely refreshing. I am still mad that I didn't get to her Madame X tour... which was an intimate show, so it would have been a wonderful experience. Looking forward to the tour documentary coming out soon though.
You are lucky you got to see this tour. I was only 3 years old in 1987 and I would've love to have seen this concert. I love the "True Blue" album and both the "Who's That Girl" movie and soundtrack when I was a child.

Another great reaction and an awesome tour to witness personally. I was at the Wembley concert when I was 16 years old and was so excited to see her 🕺⚡️
The other fans were awesome and the atmosphere was electric.
I remember saving what little money I earned working after school in a local supermarket and getting my Mum to ring in for Two tickets when I was at school and I was so ecstatic when I walked through the door as she told me she had got through!!!!
It was like Charlie winning the golden ticket 🎫

You know, like Michael Jackson when he passed away, this woman has absolutely NOTHING left to prove to anyone. I don't like to put women up against women as they should build each other up but nobody is touching this woman. Anything she may have ever done will never be topped. She was so original in everything she ever did and continues to do. From the first time I ever saw her on stage to today, she is simply captivating. Pure eye candy that I can't get enough of. People cling to a particular era of hers and sort of measure her work today vs the era they love most. I said this once before, she doesn't repeat, she doesn't look back and does what SHE wants. Picasso never painted the same painting twice. We never knew back then where she'd be today but I don't think she did either. With the longer interviews you have done a few of, why not look into her Billboard awards Woman Of The Year speech. You want to talk about "really getting a glimpse" into an artist's life? Jaw-dropping if you can find the unedited version and able to play it.

I'll be doing more from all the concerts its just sticky with copyright hence my longer hair - so things are out of sequence depending on how long things take to get through. Lucky star from Confessions was done ages ago but again that was blocked and I didn't have the energy to fight, but I did eventually, so longer hair again 😁🙈 . I can remember getting my ticket from W H smiths and I saw her arrive at Heathrow and I have even still got the daily mirror front cover newspaper with the picture of Madonna arriving in London I waited outside Wembley stadium for 17 hours to get to the front of the stage I am still to this day a Madonna fan but I’m not a fan of the Madame X error but I am lead to believe that she has recorded a new single but it is a duet with another big female artist let’s hope it is better than the Madame X error
