Thank you for this video. Very nice. I style my pillows face up and forward. I have 2 sleeping pillows and 2 sham covered pillows. Any more than that and my husband says it's more than we need. I would love to make my bed with coordinating lumbar and throw pillows because I like that look, but he prefers it clean and simple.
I am ordering that BED FRAME! Oh my goodness....it reminds me of when I was a child, I had a twin size. Wish I still had it! I like your "rules" for bed pillows. Personally I don't like a bunch of 18x18 throw pillows on it. I am going to copy your style. Love it so much. Thank you Sarah.

I am a stager/Realtor-Broker and I started using the Dutch Euro's to stage beds! Go check them out! I use 1 on Twin bed and 2 on kings and Queens. I just put them tighter on the Queens and fulls. 2 of these on a king along with 2 king sized pillows with a lumbar or cute feature pillow. I truly feel this is the best look for king beds. These Dutch Euros give a super high-end look to beds.

Loved this video! You were so helpful. As you suggested, I just ordered the 4 pillow flex standard pillows, which we ❤️. And am now ordering three 24” x 24” sham pillows. For their covers, I will have to either order some ready made ones or have them made with my choice of material, but don’t know what size the covers should be to fit these 24x 24 pillows.

I am all about making my bed very comfortable and a Haven for peace and rest. I have to thank you because in one of your videos you suggested that we look at linens in thrift stores. And you also suggested to look at crocheted or laced edges on the linens. I have to tell you I went thrift shopping this weekend and found the most gorgeous white linen sheet with a beautiful lace edging. I never would have looked if it wasn't for you.
One more thing instead of using the 3- 24x24 on my Queen bed... I used two king size pillows in the back and then I use four standard and then my lumbar pillow. It works for us I'm not sure if others would like it or not.

i throw my feather and down pillows in my dryer, they fluff up so well, like when my mother would hang hers out on the line in the sunshine. they just fluff and sell better in the dryer....i spray a mist of my favorite perfume on them and they smell so nice with just a hint of scent.

Hi! great channel! Have you considered a video on how to style a more masculine interior? I'm always annoyed when my spaces turn out too frilly or ornate. Three of my guy friends in college shared this great cabin together and it was literally that cabin most pleasing space in the world to me. Love to know how to bring that vibe into my own house.

I'm allergic to the dust in feathers as I have asthma. I also have sleep apnea which means I use a sleep apnea pillow. It's a boxy U shape made to have a "C" shaped places on the short sides so that my mask and hose hangs over into the hollow place and a "U" shape on one of the long sides so that my shoulder can nestle into that space. Google one and you can see what I mean. I've never have been able to pretty it up, so it just gets a pillow case. Also I have a bed frame out in my shed that's just like yours, only painted white. It's a bed that came out of a empty farmhouse down the road from my grandmother's and we used it for a long time, but went to a queen platform. I wish I knew of somebody that does metal working to ask if they can weld in a piece to the center of the headboard and footboard to make it a queen size cause I miss my pretty bed. Have you heard of anybody doing that?

Do you like the queen pillows and they fit the std. pillow cases better? My pillow cases always looks so sloppy.
As far as I know, standard = queen. I would wash and dry your pillows to get them fluffy again or purchase pillows that are extra thick.

I use three on my queen, so four makes sense to me for a king. But, to each his own!

Well, technically a sham is a pillow with a back closer and maybe a ruffle all the way around. A Euro is a large square pillow.
