You cant get any better looking wheels than the ones that come from the factory on the Iroc cars......

LS SWAP. Those are dope, i've liked them since they came out in 1982.

  • @TheReapersSon

I've always liked the angular body style of these 80's Camaros and it's grown on me even more when I realized it's similar to cars such as the MKIII (3rd gen) Toyota Supra. Nice work!

I worked at a Chevrolet dealer in the mid 80's. They had an I-ROC 350 race car with a 5 speed, straight pipes and shaved Goodyear Gatorbacks. I was one of the porters and they let me take it to the gas station to fill it with super. I popped second gear pulling out of the parking lot and sent it sideways. It was a lot of fun. I think it was a special order because I remember it having vinyl seats and rubber instead of carpet. It came with no options on it at all.

Looking forward to seeing this build! Always thought the styling on these was a bunch of wrongs that ends up coming out right.

This was my 1st car in 1991, same year color and interior, the 85 305 tpi put out 215hp and 275lb of tq , in 86 the cars HP dropped to 190 due to emission regulations, more smog equipment, and a less aggressive cam. The 350 put out only 15 more Hp and 15more tq the the 85 305., I modded mine up with typical Boltons and a 150 shot of spray, didn’t have much problem with any cars I raced. In my senior year of high school I traded the Iroc for an 90 auto corvette with Z51, moved my spray into that, and it was over for the gn’s

  • @Aceman597

You could try to buff the glass. They have grits to use. I have the spare also and the inflator . Ive have older and newer muscle cars but the 82 to 92 are my favorite. You can buff tail lights also and or clear coat them.

  • @jasonlambert154

    Holley Retrobrights from Headlight Revolution

  • @Rosespringfield

Damn, dude. Don’t upgrade ANYTHING on that. Leave it original. It’ll be worth more. That’s an 85. First year of the IROC. These cars are heading north in value right now. Love that color. I have a black 85 IROC. All original. Never painted, but I like the patina. Second owner. 63k miles. Needed some TLC. But it’s bad ass. Even putting the original stereo back in that the original owner took out. I love stock. LEAVE IT ORIGINAL!!
