The good news about Jesus Christ and salvation from judgment on our sins. Jesus dined with His disciples the night before He went to the cross. Mark 14:22-25. Jesus and His disciples were eating a Passover meal together at the Last Supper. After partaking of bread and wine (His body and His blood), the Bible mentions the hymn Jesus sang with His disciples. “And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.” Mark 14:26. What were they singing on such an occasion? PRAISE! Psalms 113-118. THE GOOD NEWS "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me." John 14:6 Jesus Christ loves us! We believe this! John 3:16-17. We believe Him and who He is! He is our Savior! GOD THE SON! ONLY HE SAVES. Ephesians 2:8 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 not of works, lest any man should boast."
