Noob crashes Eclipson's new EDF parkflyer jet, the COBRA, i even painted it!!!

So, watch as i do a quick show of the new eclipson model the cobra.
This thing runs a 50mm EDF, in this maiden, i ran it on a 2600 3S pack, and it was a little low on power, i had planned on running this on 4s, until, well, you'll see how i chuck my nicely painted model into the trees. :'(
It still flew well for the short time i flew it, just don't take off into a crosswind.

Also, what do you guys think happened with that inadvertent roll? trust me when i say, i DID NOT put in full roll input to make it roll that much! even though i didn't recover, i still maintain that i did NOT initiate that roll.

At least we can re-print easily, it's jsut frustrating when you get a finished part and then dang,

Did you weight it before flying? I am building mine and i am consenred about the weight

Hiya sorry for late response no I didn't weigh mine unfortunately, I did use lightweight pla and it was quite light, did you use pla?

There was a good. Effort, it could have been way way worse. L, o, l, it's wonderful to have more of money than skill. And I don't mean that in a rude way. I hope your back up and fly.

All good my friend! yeah, that's the thing with 3d printed models, yes, they are more volatile however, they are cheap to build as long as you save a lot of your electronics. Better than spending 700+ on an airframe and crashing that right? hahah
Buit of course we want bigger and better things! all the time
