I agree. When he said “12” hours, I turned my head to the woman. Lady said she’s not working, I assume she’s a home maker/housewife. With the way she talks, I thought she was working too! But nope, just creating a problem from a simple expectation of a man looking forward to a clean house and a hot meal after sacrificing half a day, every day to feed his fam and pay for the bills AND her vanity. If I was her, I’d welcome him home with a foot rub too!

Why can't she do the house duties if she staying at home? How about all the other parents that do it and work...how long does it take to bake some meat and prepare a side dish with vegetables? If she can't handle the kids, she shouldn't have got pregnant.
The judge is so right...she is a consumer and needs to shop intelligently. She should try to find a way to make her own money. She would feel better about feeling like a child and be able to save and do more in the future for the children.

Thank you! You brought up a good point too...it is just a shame. Who knows what kind of junk those kids are eating. It is parents' duties to make sure the family eats properly. It doesn't even take long to prepare meals...esp if one prepares in advance...cutting and prepping makes it easy. Crocks pots and baking pans do wonders...in addition to eating raw/steamed veggies. Food can be freshly made everyday doing that...maybe even every couple of days.
Shopping and shopping...yet no income and no savings. Also, as an individual, no career...at such a young age. Anything can happen. It is great for one's dignity to make one's own money. Who wants to have to ask another human being for money...?

I bet if the roles were reverse and she was pulling a twelve hour shift while he neglect his household duties, she wouldn't be in the mood for romancing either. I was a stay-at-home mom with two toddlers. My husband came home to a clean house, homemade meals, always have clean clothes to wear to work, and still put it on him when he needs it. A marriage works when both party do their parts and not expect more from the other.

She's what I call The Diary of the (Single) Married Woman. She's not doing what she needs to be a wife. There's nothing wrong with having him do laundry and cook a meal every now and again, but if you're the stay at home wife, you need to take care of the house for the most part yourself. So many of these women get on this show and they start tallying up what he's doing and saying, if he's not doing this, I'm not doing that. And that's why they're in the mess they're in today. Stop keeping score and communicate and get both your needs met. There's no way in hell she can't have the house clean and meal waiting for him when he gets home, because she wouldn't accept him not coming home with half a paycheck. She's full of it.

Taking care of kids is a lot of work especially with no assistance. I can work an office job for eight hours and still not be as exhausted as I would be from being with children for less time than that. One is expected to exert more energy when you're with children. It may appear to some that it's not that overwhelming because you could sit them near a tv, ipad or computer all day but inorder to FULLY develop cognitive, social and other essential skills in children you can't just expect a gadjet to raise your children. You have to be their entertainment for lengthy periods of time. They require constant stimulation through various activities. You never get a break even to use the bathroom and your eyes have to be fixated on them at all times because they can venture away and hurt themselves. Overall, I quite enjoyed this couple. They seem to have a pretty solid foundation. Hope they are able to make things work. All the best to them.💟

Now Mr. Tyson she is 29 so definitely does have some maturing to do but she's not lazy and she is in school so kudos to her. I have to say I am sooooooo proud of Mr. Tyson for changing his ways and even putting his oldest son through college once he got out of prison. Complete 360 and that doesn't happen often so I am proud of him! Ms. Tyson mature and listen to your man as far as spending habits and I won't say anything about you lacking at times in your house wife duties because 3 kids under 3 and school online !!!!!! No ma'am!!! I understand and kudos to you. But if you see this comment I will say if you put them on a schedule the house will run smoother. This is coming from someone that currently has a 1, 2, and 3 year old so just a bit of advice love. Love and respect one another, keep those wild single friends at a distance, budget that money a little better and do Judge Toler's 5sec foreplay rule and you guys will be fine. Good luck to the both of you!

well guess what.. he's bringing home the money and has to tend to his kids too. so after work he gotta work too...... you are a stay at home so TAKE CARE OF HOME. give the kids nap time and cook for your husband. I wish I could stay home and take care of the household. house would be clean. food hot. kids washed.. hell I'd have time to workout and find a side at home business to keep extra money in our pockets... she tripping.

+MartianBlues, In no way did I mean to imply that stay-at-home mothers are kept women. I was raised by one and I know they are the most hardworking people on the planet. I am referring to her outlook on how her husband treats her. This man is working 10+ hours daily, bringing home the money so she can stay at home, gives her an allowance, and he still has to come home and cook and clean AND tend to the kids? It's great that he does that (because I think it's important they dads contribute to the household in that way as well), but the fact that he HAS to is the issue.

Now I will say the hospital story I get both side ONLY because my father loves my mother but could NOT stomach childbirth!!! He damn near passes out at getting his own blood drawn so I understand. However my father is amazing and raised all 5 of us, along side our mother to be the responsible adults we are today. So although he was squeamish in the hospital delivery room once we were out he worked his ass off. But I have birthed two children of my own so like I said I understand that it is essential during childbirth to have support during and after delivery. Especially back to back. Hell if she sneezed too hard a baby might have fell out!

They have 3 kids under 3!!! They're going to have to figure out how to carve out some adult time for the two of them at least once a month. Even if that means finding a baby sitter and going to sit in the parking lot at Walmart. lol Children under the age of 5 require a lot of stimulation, so it's easy to get overwhelmed and loose track of time when it's just you . She has to get them all on the same schedule, nap and clean while they're sleep, and utilize a crock pot. They'll be fine. I like them, they were quit refreshing considering everyone previous.

If I can do it she can, just put your kids down for a nap or in a play pen in the kitchen while you cook.

Kids don't work on a schedule and they could careless when toddlers if you're going to school. Unfortunately, some things end up on the back burner. She does need to do a little bit better. Possibly get some help or assistance for a couple of hours a day. Her husband does deserve a warm meal, even if he has to heat it up in the oven real quick. Make some meatloaf, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Make his plate, wrap in aluminum foil and put it in the oven on warm. He'll be thankful and she'll get what she wants too.

The decision or unspoken agreement to have 3 kids under the age of 5 automatically shuts out FUN TIME with the adult friends. That doesn't mean that life ends; it DOES however mean that you have to better prioritize. I honestly believe that she would have adored him more if he came home and had that "institutionalized frame of mind" going on. Hearing that this man was in jail during the marriage and came out and is more stand-up than a man sitting around here in society being so-called productive is a blessing. He loves her. He loves his family. He makes a way out of no way or small openings. Nothing in the whole episode implied that he was a convict; that in itself is successful and commendable. Every day I am further validated in my stance that we do NOT know what we want in this life. Here is a prime example. They will be fine though.

I'm only 7 minutes in and it's like a tennis match. I'm going back and forth with who I'm understanding to and who I want to roast.
I was going to drag her for not cooking and cleaning and then she mentioned having three young kids and cooking four days a week. Ok, that's not bad. It's more than half the week and raising three little kids is rough. I get it.
Then I was about to roast him for the hospital story but he said that the doctors asked him to move for a minute and that he's afraid to look. Ok, that's not terrible. He should be more supportive while she's giving birth but it's not the worst thing ever.
Then I was going to roast her about her friends but she explained that.
Then I was going to roast him about going to jail, but I don't know enough about it.
    This is very strange.
They both have their issues and they both seem to be doing pretty ok.
I'll just have to see how the rest of the episode goes.
