They should remove yearly chapters. Longer chapters had us develop a love for it and a real connection. Now it’s just like a one and done, with the chapters getting higher and higher

I agree, theres no reason to get any sort of attachment or care for the map
Chapters one and two were so beloved not only cuz they had good maps and season for their time, but we also had them for a long time, allowing us to grow attached to them and care about them, that is not longer the case with current chapters

I personally don’t like that Fortnite’s graphics are getting so real. I liked the cartoon like style that the game had.

Fun fact its not realistic its detailed their is a difference yes creative maps can look very realistic but Fortnite itself is just detailed its still very stylized and cartoonish more detail does not mean more realistic. Uefn maps are their own thing that can use their own assets that do not adhere to the Fortnite art style which is why these demos showing off uefn look so realistic they are meant to show off unreal engine in Fortnite. Its fine to say you dont like how fortnite looks now but don’t use a word that doesn’t even make sense to use when describing the graphics.

For everyone complaining, you all don't know how UEFN will look in 2025.
They work on it making it as advanced as the normal UE5 and making it way more stable and probably work on a better memory System

Fortnite really should start splitting Lego, Rocket Racing, Festival, and future RL & FG creative from the Fortnite application. As all of those should be separate applications, this would lower the download size of Fortnite by a TON.

Since maps are going to be made in UE5 from now on expect future chapters to look more soulless than they actually do now.
If they follow the model of what they’ve done with Fall Guys, then expect less from Epic and more emphasis on creator made content. Fall Guys is just sad now compared with before they took it f2p. Probably didn’t get the store sales they were hoping for when Epic bought Mediatonic.
I’m not worried about CAPABILITIES of uefn, those maps just run like absolute dog water compared to the real game. So they might be able to do just as much but that doesn’t mean anything if it runs horribly

UEFN feels way too same-y, and that has to do in large part with the limited tools and capabilities of UEFN. I can't wait to see what unique and creative maps people make with these new updates! Hopefully not a million more copy-pasted "Red Vs. Blue" maps with a random coat of paint.

My game freezes whenever I do any of the midas quests on xbox one. I haven't got to do anything. I had to even uninstall it and am reinstalling it cause I couldn't do anything and this is the first time.

UEFN NEEDS A MOB CREATOR
As a huge fan of INDIE HORROR I want to see Fortnite get the actual ability to design mobs/ creatures that can be coded

They better not continue this yearly chapter format. Yearly chapters ruin the excitment for a new chapter and also doesnt let chapters to be fully fleshed out like they were back in C1. I dont want a basic season evrry 4 seasons i just want a chapter to be updated and expanded upon for 8 to 10 seasons where the true excitement tends to happen. This also brings back some hype for new chapters
Fr bro. Yearly chapters makes them feel so generic. I liked when each chapter had their own storylines, separate from the main line, and with more stories branching off. Chapters 4 and 5 have been so boring and the maps are garbage.
@chard1256 I agree, both have had very little time to even develop a storyline and s1 of both chapters were kinda mid. The lost potential of c4 and what looks like maybe c5 will never be seen
The problem is that yearly chapters create a loop of: 1yr long chapter -> Epic worries more about the next chapter because there’s only a year until it -> map is bad because Epic is working on next chapter’s map -> people want new map faster, and the loop repeats. Not to mention how the lack of live events and how Season OG’s event was so lacking is most likely caused by Epic putting more of their resources toward the next season.
It’s insane to think that Fortnite went from a save the world zombie type game to creative 2.0! The game looks nothing like it did when it first came out. Just mind blowing!🤯

Edit. When you go alone you get killed by other squads almost immediately no matter how skillful you are.

i think people are only thinking about uefn creator made maps. fortnite/epic actually are really talented with uefn as the lighting and textures are beautiful. this is taking into consideration the three maps that epic has made and released in uefn

the performance is getting worse and worse and the fact theyre more commited to making the graphics that 90% of the player base dosnt even see better rather than fixing how unplayable higher than 15 ping is baffles me the tick rate is terrrible and so is not having siphon

i hope someone responds bc idk whats wrong with my fortnite. ever since this new season, the in game grass for me has been really glitchy and it shows up weird in game basically annoying to play. its very distracting and idk how to fix it and for some reason i’m the only person who has this
Try deleting Fortnite and redownloading it might work and make sure your game and whichever console your on is updated

If iOs gets fortnite back on its stores, then the chapter 2 map is gone forever
So if epic is basically transferring the assets of fall guys into Fortnite (making fall guys itself useless imo) does that mean epic will transition the entire game into Fortnite making it another mode (like rocket racing and festival) and taking fall guys off consoles/pc etc. if they do that then would that mean they would do the same thing for rocket league??? If they do that then the rocket league “battle pass” can also be connected to rocket racing giving that mode a pass as well.
I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they did that eventually tbh. Fortnite itself is basically turning into ready player one.
Battlepass on rocket League is already connected, technically. The new car and a couple of wheels and trails cross over to Fortnite if you unlock them on Rocket League. Smart but dirty tactic since sweats would have to either grind or BUY every tier on rocket League to get every car color.

i only wish they fix the servers so you can play with a friend who is from a different country. cuz playing with my usa and europe friends goes to 250 or 300 ping ., its so lagging you cant play normal like ever. i wish they would do a fix for that. cuz i mean steam has no problem with you playing online with different people that live in other countries. i wish fortnite made the same thing. i just wanna play the game with my friends normal wihtout higher pings and laggging stuff. i wish they focus on that sometime man/

Damn that kinda sucks the wings + the slurp splash bottle and the dash was so over powered that low gravity aspect being taken away might effect that I’ve been playing WARZONE mobile all day. Plus you can already play FORTNITE ON IOS I DO IT EVERYDAY
All the new modes were rushed and fortnite suffered so hopefully this is not rushed

Every challenge is easy. But I assume you are talking about the harpoon someone into lava. Grab a friend and grab a harpoon gun. Build a floor over lava and let them stand on the end facing the lava and harpoon them. If it doesnt work. Wait until the lava touches them and harpoon them
