    I am suffering from brain damage due to CPTSD. I have been told that this will help repair at least some of the damage, because I can't afford expensive treatments. I'm starting to feel better already, after an hour or so later. I'll keep using this. Thanks so much for making this available here.

      BRAIN DAMAGE? I think traumatic childhood environment can contribute to cognitive impairment in childhood and throughout life however the "damage" or reduced cognitive functioning is more a product of Hyper Vigilance and deylament of those systems in their consolidation or Functional neuroplasticity which is how neurons communicate rather than a morphological or structural cause. An example of this would be reductions in Frontal Pre-medial cortical Volumes associated with Neglect which can include not being responsive to a childs emotional needs, by impoverished personal interactions, callousness or not having physical needs met, or when older being verbally dismissed when confronting parent on their behaviour or way of relating. Parents help if not build foundations for the mechanisms that model a child's psychological representations of themselves, through integrating their experiences into memory via emotional valance. So Damage is kinda inaccurate unless you were flat-out malnourished so much so that you became stunted or unless you experience physical abuse, well, well actually oh shit I neglected to remember that prolonged sympathetic states are neurotoxic now that I think about it your correct, hmm well this is making me evaluate the degree of atrophy I must have experienced from my childhood in order to write this kind of a response XD Can relate my friend trying to keep up with kids in class as they retin information and grsp it while paying attention in the class room let alone initiating tasks like doing homework and studying where a real BITCH, made it hard to learn frustrating to think that ones life trajectory in something as fundamental as your Excecutive functioning and ability to abstract in adult hood let alone as a kid could be diminished before they even get a CHANCE to develop, however unless you were hit in the head, while stunted development from cpctsd sounds significant in your case, isnt it still Fundamentally diferent. You know what I actually dont know that awnser, well shit I never actually looked into advers childhood experiences and the degree of cortical impairment as well as the systems implicated in self understanding, big oof, glad I read you comment got something new to read about, I doubt you made it this far if so why? I would have stoped from all the grammatical errors and run ons, I hope you are able to live a functional life withut anything stoping you from living a life that is meaningfull to you. Also unlike me I hope your sense of slf isnt established on your cognition because that can be very existentially painful as it goes if it does and when it does.

    This is the sound that I hear 24/7. I have been listening to this with ear pods during the day at work and it actually helps. When I stop listening to this I get a few seconds of silence and it seems decrease in volume for a little while.

    100,000Hz which is the 11th Harmonic for 9090Hz but both must be played simultaneously to maximize our healing potential, correct? Cheers

    • @pimentocheese618
      @pimentocheese618 Před 26 dny +1

      I mean it depends on the volume you put it, if you put it barely audible it's ok, and for someone who has tinnitus (90% of people playing this video) it actually calms A LOT, but off course if you put it too loud it would damage your ears even more
